Where is Hagg Farm?

Two night stay.
Return to School Students will return to school on their return date at approximately 2:45pm. A text message will be sent approximately 1 hour before arrival so that parents know when to collect their child. Please do not park on Goodwood Road as the bus needs full access to the school. Parents must provide a note if they are happy to allow students to leave school on their own. If parents do not collect their child or a note is not provided, staff will supervise the students and release them at 3:00pm.

Accommodation and Facilities Fully heated dormitories, dining room, games area, library and drying room. Fully equipped kitchen and catering facilities. Single sex HOT showers always available.
Healthy eating! Students will need to bring a packed lunch on the day of their departure. Hot and cold breakfast, packed lunch and hot evening meal provided. Students never go hungry! Vegetarian, allergies and other dietary needs catered for (please indicate these on the medical form). Students are expected to contribute to the preparation and clear up at meal time.
KIT LIST WHAT TO BRING TO HAGG FARM Hagg Farm provides all specialist clothing and equipment for activities. On arrival, students will be issued with walking boots, rucksacks, waterproof jackets and trousers. In an active week at Hagg Farm, most people need more clothes than they would normally use at home.

Valuables and Money If students want to bring a small amount of pocket money (no more than 5), there is a gift shop available to buy souvenirs at the end of the trip. Mobile phones are not allowed (there is very little signal at Hagg Farm!). Students are encouraged to bring a disposable camera if they want to take photos. Staff will not take responsibility for any valuables on the trip (it is not recommended to bring expensive electrical devices students won t have time to use them anyway!)
Essential Parental Administration Final reminder full payment of 150 is now due. The deadline is 5 th January 2019. We also require the OV4 (medical consent form) in order to take your child on the trip. Your child needs to hand this to their tutor.
