Payment The entire participation fee needs to be paid in full (100%) before the build-up period, otherwise you will not be permitted to enter the hall. Later orders will be subjected to a 50% surcharge. The charge for extended working hours from 18:00 to 22:00 is RMB 1,200 per hour for every 1,000 square meter hall area and RMB 2,400 after 22:00 each day. * The organizers will not grant any requests to remove any exhibits from the hall before the official dismantling time. Water, Electricity and Compressed Supply Water, electricity and compressed air on-site are officially supplied from 10:00 am on 24 September 2016. On 25 September 2016, water, electricity & compressed air will be cut at 21:00. Orders are subject to availability and the actual supply time depends on the on-site situation and the confirmation from the hall owner. As requested by the hall owner, for safety reasons compressed air will not be accepted for advanced or continuous supply even if exhibitors apply for extended working hours. On-Site Orders Site orders are subject to stock availability and a 50% surcharge. Personal Belongings Please be careful and lock up your personal belongs during the entire period of the exhibition. Every exhibitor bears the responsibility for his/her own exhibits and personal belongings. Business & Internet Centre Internet will be available in the afternoon on September 25 2016, if you have applied for this service. There is a business centre at 1# Entrance Hall (South Entrance Hall) with telephone, copy and fax services for a fee. No Free internet access in the hall. Shuttle Bus The organizer has arranged free shuttle buses from the following hotels to the SNIEC in the morning and back in the afternoon: Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel Radisson Blu Hotel Parkview Hotel Dorsett Shanghai Hotel Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Jinqiao Central Grand Metro Park Jiayou Hotel Furthermore, the organizer has arranged free shuttle buses between Long Yang Road Metro Station and 1# entrance hall on 26-29 September. Catering To Ensure Food Safety, outside food and drinks are not allowed to bring into the exhibition halls.
