Things your child will need on a daily basis: Sun cream Sun hat Change of clothing A drink Packed lunch on trip days *if your child has FnF lunch, a packed lunch will be prepared fresh that morning Any medication Waterproof pack away coat Backpack WEEK 1 27th to 31st July Monday 27th July It s Monday, and Mondays were made for being active! Today we will be heading over to go bananas for the day. We will be playing some games when we are over there such as hide and seek and sardines, so be prepared to literally go bananas! Looking forward to a day of bouncing with you! Additional charge of 6.00 Tuesday 28th July After a crazy day of bouncing yesterday, today we will be taking a more chilled approach to the day. We will be getting our equipment and heading down to the field with lots of cushions and blankets for a chill out day. We will make some daisy chains, play some games, have some races, and play some football. *If you have a blanket and a cushion you d like to bring along please feel free to do so* Wednesday 29th July It s Wednesday! Today we will be heading down to Gwithian beach to spend the day climbing and explore rock pools to see what the north coast rock pools have to offer. After some lunch we will have our very own sand sculpture competition, so get ready to get creative in the sand! If we are feeling brave we may even have a paddle in the little pools. Thursday 30th July As the week is nearly coming to an end and we ve been busy so far, today we are going to begin our summer scrap books. We can decorate the fronts and backs and make them beautiful. We can print some of our photos from the previous days and begin our memory books! Friday 31st July Today we will be heading over to Helston boating lake. We will be going into the park to have some fun and a play on the awesome equipment. After a picnic lunch we will have a stroll around the lake and see if there are any hungry ducks and swans. And then if there is any time left we will go for a quick extra play in the park.

WEEK 2 3rd to 7th August Monday 3rd August Today we will be spending our active day over at Malpas. We will spend our morning on all the fantastic new play equipment. After lunch we will make use of the massive field, play some football, bowls, running games and more. So be prepared for a very energetic day! Tuesday 4th August As today is a chill out day, we are going to spend the day having a pamper session. We will begin our morning by making our own facemasks. Once they are chilled and ready, Allana will apply your facemask for you and have some cucumber cut for your eyes! Whilst your relaxing you will have the option of a foot massage or a hand massage, then for the girlies (and boys if they want) a manicure or a pedicure. Then maybe once we are all calm and relaxed, after some lunch we can watch a film. *If your child does not want to take part in any of the pamper session they may bring in a game/an electrical item e.g. tablet* Wednesday 5th August Today we will be packing up and heading down to St Ives for the day. We will walk over to the beach; depending on the tide we may be able to walk from one beach to the other if not we will just have to use the path! After a picnic lunch we can take a stroll around the town and get ourselves an ice-cream but beware of the seagulls! They love ice-cream too & they re super sneaky! * 3.00 additional charge to include an ice-cream Thursday 6th August Today we will be spending the day making and designing our own t-shirts! We will be getting the tie dye out and making ourselves some awesome t-shirts! Beware you will get messy, so please bring a change of clothing that you don t mind getting messy!! In the afternoon we will print some more photos off from the previous week to add more to our scrap books. * 1 additional charge for your t-shirt Friday 7th August It s Friday!! As the end of the week is here, we are going to end it by teeing off at swanpools pitch & putt. So get yourself ready for a fierce golfing competition! There will be prizes for any hole in one and the overall winner of course! *Additional charge of 3.50 for a round of golf SUMMER HOLIDAY 2015

WEEK 3 10th to 14th August Monday 10th August Today we have Chloe coming in to teach us some taekwondo. She will show us some of the techniques she knows. Then maybe we can have a go and see if we can master some of her fantastic moves! After lunch we will be heading down to the field for some group games, football, rounders and other games. Tuesday 11th August Today we are going to relax and let our creative juices flow. We will each be producing our own creative story or poem. The more adventurous the better! Once our stories are written, each of you will get given the opportunity to read your story or poem to your friends, there will be prizes for the best!! If our stories are done in time we will head down to the woods for a stroll and a play in the field. Wednesday 12th August Today we will be heading over to flushing beach. We will take some buckets and nets and see what creatures we can find in the rock pools. After a hard morning of rock pooling we can get the bbq s going ready for some hotdogs on the beach! After lunch we can have a stroll along the beach, have a paddle, collect shells and maybe a last look in the rock pools before heading back to Fit n Fun Kids. Thursday 13th August Today we will be spending our crafty day making owl related items. We will start by creating some little clay owls. Once our clay owls are made and drying we can continue our owl themed day by making a variety of owls using paper plates, our hands and maybe even our feet! So be prepared to get messy! Once our owls are made we can print some pictures off from this week and add some more to our scrap books. Friday 14th August After our day of owl crafts yesterday, today we are not going to make any owls but we are going to visit some! Today we will be heading over to the screech owl sanctuary for the day. We will go and visit all the different owls and see what we can learn about the owls. *Additional charge of 7.50

WEEK 4 17th to 21st August Monday 17th August Today we are going to have a go at making our own ice-cream! So have a think of what your favourite ice-cream flavour is and hopefully we can re-create it! After lunch we can spend some more time adding more pictures to our scrap books! Tuesday 18th August As we know everybody unwinds in different ways, today we will be heading down to Merlin cinema and catch a movie. Hopefully there will be something we can all enjoy! After the cinema we can take a stroll up to Kimberley Park to play in the park before heading back to Fit n Fun kids. *Additional charge of 7.50 to include snack Wednesday 19th August Today we are packing up our stuff and heading over to Perranporth for the day! Don t forget to bring your favourite bucket and spade ready for a sandcastle making competition. After a picnic lunch, we can all take a stroll down to the shore, have a paddle then head over to the rocks and see if there is anything lurking in the rock pools. Thursday 20th August Today we have Robyn coming in to do some yoga with us. She will teach us some different yoga poses, so get ready for some stretching, balancing and concentration. If the weather is nice, we can do our yoga outside! After yoga we can go for a walk down to the woods. We will take the magnifying glasses with us & some small pots and go on a bug hunt! Friday 21st August Today we are heading down to Roskilly s farm. We will walk around and see the different animals. Then we will go on the hunt for a good picnic spot! After some lunch we will walk around the lakes and wood area, and then head up to the icecream parlour for a delicious frozen treat. *Additional charge of 2.00 to include an ice-cream SUMMER HOLIDAY 2015

WEEK 5 24th to 28th August Monday 24th August Today we will be heading over to trevaskis farm. We will have a walk around the farm to see the different animals. Then we will head over to the fruit tunnels to see what we can find. Hopefully there will be lots of yummy strawberries for us to pick! *Additional charge of 3.50 for fruit picking Tuesday 25th August Today we are going to use some of the lovely fruit we picked yesterday, along with some fruit that other people have kindly picked from West Country fruit & veg, to make our own ice-lollies and some yummy fruit kebabs (we may even find some chocolate to drizzle over our fresh fruit kebabs!) Thursday 27th August Today we will be using all the pebbles and stones that we collected yesterday to decorate. We will be having a look online for a variety of designs, to see what pebble masterpieces we can create Friday 28th August Today we will be heading down to Argal Lake for a picnic lunch, a play in the park and some group games on the field. Maybe even go and practice our skimming skills by the water. In the afternoon we will make some smores! Wednesday 26th August Today is beach day! So as we ve been to the north coast, today we will be heading to the South coast. We are going to Praa sands! We will be exploring on the rocks, making sand castles and going on the hunt for some nice pebbles and stones to collect, ready for tomorrow!

WEEK 6 31st August to 2nd September Monday 31st August CLOSED TODAY AS IT S BANK HOLIDAY Tuesday 1st September Today we will be making our finishing touches to our scrap books. Once they are all finished and looking perfect we can all sit together to show each other our beautiful creations & share our favourite memories from this summer! In the afternoon we are going to go up and see Milo, our adopted donkey at the Flicka Foundation. Wednesday 2nd September The summer has come to an end; I think you ll be as sad as we are! But there is still a whole day ahead of us. So bring your spare clothes & anything you want to use as today we are having a massive water game!! So be prepared for the ultimate water fun! There will be several filling stations, the hose pipe, water balloons and anything else we can find that can hold water! After we ve dried up and are all warmed up, we will be getting ready for an afternoon party! There will be yummy party food, lots of music, and some games! Information for parents: We are planning to have the best summer ever at Fit N Fun Kids this year. We have loads planned for the 6 weeks so fingers crossed the weather will be lovely all summer long. Obviously this is the ideal, but we cannot guarantee sunshine, so please ensure your child is packed for all weathers. Every day they will need: Sunscreen A hat Suitable clothing (we often get messy so not best clothes please) Suitable footwear (you are welcome to leave named wellies here for the duration of the summer hopefully we won t need them) A coat (a pack-a-mac is perfect for summer showery days) There may also be other additional items your child may need or wish to bring in so please check the days you book your child is booked in for to see what they need. Additional items for trips; A rucksack Packed lunch (If your child has a Fit N Fun Lunch we will provide them with a packed lunch) Pocket money (Not essential, and at your own risk) Camera (Not essential, at your own risk) Additional Information: In addition to the trips we already have planned, we may feel spontaneous on some days and take the children to play in the woods or to the park or beach to make the most of the nice weather. We will be prepared for all weathers but if the weather is horrible and it is deemed unsafe or unpleasant to go on a planned trip we will select an alternative activity.
