Our Standard Conversions A base price standard conversion will include the preparation, supply and fitting of the specification to your van. Here s what we include as part of our standard conversion service: Full strip out Mask & protect all vulnerable areas Cut out relevant window apertures Cut out roof opening Remove all swarf from cutting process Clean & degrease interior panels Fit first stage of pop up roof Fit sound deadening to al exterior panels & floor, insulate over the top of this in all relevant areas Lay in all electrical wiring, water pipe work & gas pipe work Fit secondary leisure battery under drivers seat Fit battery to battery charger used on all Euro 5/6 models to facilitate correct charging of auxiliary battery Carpet & trim all interior panels including insides of doors to cover all exposed interior metal Fit curtains to all window apertures Fit 12mm wooden floor supported in areas beneath with fillers Trim floor in Altro non slip covering Fit all interior panels trimmed in your choice of trim Build & fit interior cabinetry in your choice of material Second fix electrical system, water & gas system - water system has a 12 ltr on-board water container, waste water is drained to the outside of the vehicle to be caught in a suitable waste container Fit RIB seat/bed with certified fitting system Fit windows to all previously prepared openings Fit increased height side step moulding and full width rear threshold trim Every conversion is new and can be made as standard or bespoke with optional extras.
