1. Company Profile 1.1 About Regale International Travel Regale Travel Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand was formed in 1983 by a group of young experts in travel trade. They realized the need of a reliable and professional travel company to serve and lead Thailand s travel industry in term of quality and integrity of services. This was a challenging undertaking in view of the travel standard then. The persistence and enthusiastic services to bring the belief into realization is rewarding. We have grown from a 4 into a 75 strong staff company yet, the belief, in the teamwork and the spirit are still maintained. Regale Travel Co., Ltd. came to a joint venture with the Peninsula & Oriental Steam Navigation Co., Ltd. (P&O) in London in July 1990 and had become one of over 50 group travel offices in Europe, Australia, United States of America and Asia. Together with 2 branch offices in Thailand, Chiang Mai in the north and Khon Kaen in the northeast, we had become part of a globalized network, for example, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India, London, etc. As of October 1 st, 2004, P&O Regale Travel Co., Ltd. has become Regale International Travel Co., Ltd. due to acquiring all shares back from foreign stock holders. We are still a fully licensed and legalized travel company. We are also one of the most experienced and professional travel organizations in Thailand. With full range of services to offer, well-trained and multi-lingual professional staff, we are able to offer the best quality and good value for your money of travel arrangements for our clients in all scales. The company is consisted of 6 divisions, which are Inbound Division, Corporate Travel Division, Outbound Division, Holidays Division, and General Sales Agent (Cruises) Division. 1.1.01 Corporate Travel Division IATA (BSP) This division primarily offers services for multinational companies engaged in banking, automobile, fabric, trading, manufacturing and different service industries. We offer a range of comprehensive reservations and self-ticketing facilities on various global distribution system namely Amadeus. Additionally the division caters to home leave requirements for expatriate clienteles. 1.1.02 Inbound Division offers inbound services with full ground-handling facilities for all sizes of incoming group. We can arrange services on any tailor-made or ad-hoc itinerary, meeting, incentive, convention or exhibition group (MICE), sports or cultural tour package. Special interest tour itineraries around neighboring countries, for example, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and etc could also be served. In addition, we have added more services, particularly, on tours around Thailand with full range of choices including our popular soft adventure packages and eco tours in order to comply Travel Management Plan Page 4 /13

with Amazing Thailand agenda. With courtesy, hospitality, efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of our staff, we are sure that our services are second to none. Presently, provides incoming services to over 50,000 visitors annually to Thailand, especially cruises passengers. We have also been designated as a local land-arrangement tour operator for Princess Cruises PLC, P&O Cruises, Carnival UK Co., Ltd., and Swan Hellenic since 1990s. Additionally Costa Crociere S.p.A has been appointing us to be their official local shore excursion company for Samui, Phuket and Laem Chabang ports in Thailand since 2006. As being a part of Carnival Cruise Lines Co., Ltd. and a leading provider of premium class cruises, Princess PLC operates a fleet of more than 21 ships to Alaska, Europe, Caribbean and other exotic destinations around the world. There is no doubt that we are the cruises operation expert in Thailand. With our strong expertise and a one-stop place, we can assure you of worry-free, professional and smooth operation. 1.1.03 Outbound Division Incentive travel is probably the fastest growing area among all international travels in Thailand. Over 20 experienced staff involve in this movement. Our incentive programs are designed to guarantee a motivation to both individual and group. We have extensive experiences in this field for so many years. The program to different destinations all over the world has been operated successfully. 1.1.04 General Sales Agent (GSA) Division This division has been set up to represent the prestigious organizations as their general sales agency. At the moment we are appointed by the followings: Princess Cruises : Cunard Line : One of the most recognized cruise lines in the world. Since 1965, Princess has grown to become one of the premiere cruise lines in the world. Today, its fleet of 17 modern ships carries more than a million passengers each year to more world wide destinations than any other major line. Proudly continuing the tradition of luxury cruising that began in 1840. Canard s glorious ocean liners were floating palaces of art deco splendour surrounding guests with every comfort and elegance. Cunard continues this celebration of style with Queen Mary 2 and Queens Elizabeth 2 and will expand this heritage with Queen Victoria scheduled to enter service in December 2007. P&O Cruises Australia : The pioneer of Australia cruising since 1932. P&O Cruises continues to offer holidays tailored to Australian cruise passengers and now carries more than 100,000 people each year. P&O Cruises has expanded considerably and has three cruise ships namely Pacific Dawn, Pacific Sun and Pacific Star. Pandaw River Cruises: Pandaw River Cruises have been established since 1995, pioneering the enchanting rivers of Asia in the serene comfort of their five exotic colonial steamers. Along their banks are found some of the world s most significant masterpieces of art and architecture, including Pagan in Myanmar and Angkor in Cambodia. SeaDream Yacht Club: "It's yachting, not cruising" There is a difference. SeaDream Yachting Club is a family owned company established since 2001, providing a casual yachting experience that will exceed guests' expectations. Other Travel Services 2.1 Leisure Travel For your holiday needs and weekend travel, our leisure department offers a wide range of holiday options from short breaks at nearby resorts, to self drive holidays to cruises. We can also tailor made holiday packages to fulfill your holiday needs. 2.2 MICE Meetings, Incentive, Conventions & Events Our professional MICE experts design and arrange sales meetings, incentive programs, conferences, product launches, training programs and seminars. We can help you plan your budget, manage your conference of event, and recommend an attractive and meaningful travel package suitable for the event. We can assist you to manage your travel logistics by arranging the accommodation, pre and post tours, meals and preparing for your conference and AV Equipment when necessary. 2.3 Trade Fairs As the appointed travel agency for Hanover Fairs and Messe Frankfurt years ago, our Trade Fair specialist managed travel arrangements for visitors and exhibitors to overseas trade shows or exhibitions. Not only can we arrange all your basic travel necessities from flight reservation, to accommodation, but we can also ensure that you receive your fair entrance ticket and arranging meeting opportunities for you and other business professionals. 2.4 Destination Management Our destination management team provides full destination management services in Thailand. With our expertise in this area, we have handled logistic arrangements for tourists into Thailand since 1983. If you have guests coming to Thailand, just leave them with us. 3. Ticket & Other Travel Related Service Regale International Travel will supply air tickets, domestic and international, as well as other travel products. Regale International Travel will charge a service fee based on the type and value of the air ticket. 3.1 Reservation & Ticketing A team of qualified consultants will assist you on booking with airlines, hotels and car transfer. Not only will we work with you to plan your itinerary, advise you on the flight schedules, best routing and choice of carrier from the best available fares, we will also offer you hotel options, transfers and traveling tips. All reservations will undergo automated and manual checks by our ticketing managers prior to ticketing to ensure the clients that we made the best option of fares. 3.2 Validation of Air Tickets Revalidation of Tickets We provide assistance in checking the validity tickets purchased from Regale International Travel. Revalidation of the ticket is subject to the fare conditions under which the ticket was purchased. Validating Tickets not purchased from Regale International Travel For tickets not purchased from Regale International Travel, we recommend passengers to contact the airline directly for itinerary amendments or to revalidate air tickets. We can also assist to make the amendments at a nominal fee. Re routing of Air Tickets. After issuance of an air ticket, any re- routing made will be subject to the fare conditions under which the ticket was issued. 3.3 Redemption of Frequent Flyer Points We will contact the airlines and help you redeem your class-upgrade or free travel. Our services include collection and delivery of the travel documents from the airlines. In some cases, airport taxes should be directly paid by a traveler to the airport official of that city he and she travels to. Travel Management Plan Page 10 /13

3.4 Access to Hotel Database Having access to various hotel databases allows us to offer special rates and special deals for our corporate clients. As our valued clients, you will receive promotional rates from the hotel chains that work closely with us. 3.5 Delivery At scheduled delivery hours Delivery and collection of travel documents during office hours within scheduled delivery hours of 09.00 AM. and 01.30 PM. will be provided on a complimentary basis. 3.6 Transfers One-way airport transfer can be arranged for travelers. Midnight surcharge of THB 350.00 will apply for transfer between 23.59 to 07.00 hrs. THB 1,800 Per mini-van 3.7 Travel Insurance Travel insurance covering flight and personal accidents will be provided for the corporate travelers. This insurance includes personal accidents and reimbursement for flight inconveniences. 3.8 Visa Service Assistance for a visa application could also be rendered, saving your valuable time and avoiding bureaucratic hurdles in trying to apply for one at the embassy.
