Thank you for considering the Hilton Puckrup Hall Hotel and Golf Club. We are pleased to give you some information about our hotel that you may find useful when planning your visit. Arriving at the hotel You should use the main entrance to the hotel as there are no steps and the ground is paved. The main entrance has two glass doors that can be pushed or pulled. There are disabled bays at the entrance in the first row of the main car park. If you need help with luggage, equipment or any guidance, our team of porters or duty managers are on duty 24 hours a day. Please just ask at reception. Welcome and reception There are no steps in the main lobby area. The front desk is to the right of the lobby through two large pillars as you enter through the main entrance. The surfaces on the ground floor are marble, with carpet around the reception desk. Check in at the main reception desk, which is one metre and 5cm high. However, if you ask a member of staff will also be able to come to the seating area with a clipboard. The induction loop is at the check-in point on the left-hand side of the reception desk. When you check in, our staff will tell you about our evacuation policy. This policy is available in large print if you need it. If you need a large-print copy of the registration card, we can provide this. Other services If you want to order a newspaper, please contact the reception team. We will deliver your newspaper each day to your room. You can order a wake-up call through the reception team. Every guest room has a guest directory that contains information about the facilities in the hotel. For extra help to use this directory, please contact a member of the reception team. Toilet facilities There are four sets of public toilets in the hotel. One set is in the Regency Manor House next to the ballroom and the main set is on the ground floor between the restaurant and reception. Our third set is located in the golf section of the hotel. Finally, our fourth set is located in the Livingwell Health Club. These all have specific accessible toilets.
Phones The public phone is to the right-hand side of the lobby. Getting around the hotel The hotel has one lift located between reception and the restaurant. This lift reaches 96 of our bedrooms on the first and second floors in the Gloucester Wing (main hotel building). The lift has a mirrored back and one poster display on the right-hand side. The regency Manor House 16 bedrooms) does not have a lift as it is a listed building. Hotel shop The leisure shop is in the main hotel in the golf reception. You can get to this by leaving the Terrace bar, going over the outside terrace and entering through two sets of double doors that you need to pull. The shop sells golf and leisure equipment, soft drinks and a selection of chocolate bars. Terrace bar You can get to the Terrace Bar from the main reception area. The Terrace bar is next to Balharries restaurant. Balharries restaurant This is to the right of reception. Two section of the restaurant are at ground level and the buffet area is raised with a ramp for access. These are cloakroom facilities. Livingwell health club The health club is down a corridor in front of reception. The entrance has two wooden doors that need to be pushed. The club has a gym, indoor heated pool sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room. Both men s and women s changing rooms have accessible facilities. There is a hoist on the poolside. The Escape Spa The spa is in the health club. The toilet and changing facilities are also in the health club. The spa has three treatment rooms and a relaxation area all with wider entrances. The Business Centre Please contact reception to buy internet cards. Reception will also be able to arrange for any photocopying services.
Bedrooms We have six accessible double rooms all with bathtubs and showers above them. Our accessible rooms are all linked to another bedroom by a hallway. We can provided inflatable bath chairs to helop you get in and out of the bath. Conference facilities We have three meeting suites, which we can split into 10 smaller rooms. Ripple and Strensham from the Worcester Suite. Churchend, Twyning, Towbury and Bow from the Gloucester Suite. Sycamore, Hornbeam, Maple and yew form the Limes Suite. We also have the ballroom, Regency, Bredon, Clockroom and the library that are individual rooms. All rooms have natural daylight and blackout curtains and all except the Regency, Bredon and Clockroom have air conditioning. All meeting rooms are on the ground floor. The meeting rooms and the foyer areas are all carpeted. We can fit all meeting rooms with an At your service call button if you need help. You can hire audio-visual equipment before your event. Please let the conference and banqueting sales person know when you make your booking. The Worcester and Gloucester suites (Ripple, Strensham, Churchend, Twyning, Towbury and Bow) These rooms are on the ground floor and are at the same level as the reception aera of the hotel. From the lobby, to get to the Gloucester and Worcester suites, go up the small corridor past the lift and the suites are on your right-hand side. The doors to both rooms are double doors that open outwards. The Worcester suite has large windows and fire exits along the outside wall, which we can black out with curtains. On the right-hand side of the Worcester suit as you enter the main entrance, there is a bar with a high service counter. This counter extends along this wall. You can see the measurements of the rooms, and where the power points, phones and so on are, on the floor plans. The Limes suite (Sycamore, Hornbeam, Maple and Yew) This room is on the ground floor and is at the same level as the reception area of the Hotel. From the lobby, to get to the Limes suite, go along the Tewkesbury wing corridor towards the Livingwell Health Club. The Limes suite is on your left-hand side. The doors are double doors that open outwards. The Limes suite has large windows and fire exits along the outside wall, which you can black out with curtains. You can see the measurements of the rooms and where the power points, phones and so on are, on the floor plans.
In the Event of Emergencies: The Hotel operates a system of PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans). On check-in to the Hotel, you will be offered the opportunity to discuss and outline any special requirements or assistance you may need should an evacuation of the Hotel be necessary as a result of a fire or other emergency.
You will be given a copy of this Emergency Evacuation Plan and we will keep a copy for our Hotel Fire Team to refer to in case of an evacuation taking place during your stay. The Plan will specify which of our Team Members will be designated to assist you, should you require this.
