11256 2 of 14 11256 Airport Project ID: 2632 1 3 FY12 CIP Rehabilitate R/W 14-32 and Entry/Exit Taxiways REHAB R/W 14-32 7 RUNWAYS: Rehabilitate Runway RU8 This project consists of the complete rehabilitation of RW 14/32 in its entirety along with grade transitions and rehab of intersecting taxiways to a point outside the runway safety area. Some areas may require complete pavement removal and replacement and if an overlay is required, consideration should be given to a stress relief layer to prevent /retard reflective cracking. This runway is in very poor condition. Due to age and weather, severe alligator cracking has resulted in partial subbase deteriorization at the approach end of runway 14. This area has a load bearing capacity of 55, lbs. However, it is currently utilized by aircraft weighing up to 75, lbs. on a daily basis. In recent pavement evaluations, this runway was found to have many weak spots. In addition, in 21, runway 14/32 thresholds were displaced to comply with the Airport's FAA approved masterplan and new entry/exit taxiways are needed to align with the new runway thresholds. 28 FAA $65, 28 Local $433,333 28 State $216,667 Year Total $1,3, 29 FAA $1,, 29 Local $1,333,333 29 FAA $1,, 29 State $666,667 Year Total $4,, Project Total-State $883,334 $1,766,666 $2,65, 16.67 % 33.33 % 5. % $5,3,

A taxilane is planned to be constructed to provide access to additional development of hangars and apron in the North Quadrant. Additional apron/ramp area is severely needed to address the limited tie-down and parking areas especially during high seasonal activity periods. The existing north quadrant access roadway is composed of the original WWII taxiway pavement and is in very poor condition. The realignment and rehabilitation of this access road is needed to accomodate the existing and future aviation development in this quadrant. APF12 4 of 14 APF12 Airport Project ID: 3 Rehabilitate Runway 5-23 7 RUNWAYS: Rehabilitate Runway RU8 Rehabilitate Runway 5-23 by reconstruction of isolated areas, milling and overlay of entire runway. A stress relief layer may be required to prevent reflective cracking. Runway 5/23 is the airports' primary runway and is utilized by commercial and general aviation aircraft up to 75, lbs. daily. This runway has severe cracking resulting in water intrusion and subbase deteriorization. In addition, the new overlay will improve transverse runway cracks to promote drainage. 28 FAA $2, 28 Local $133,333 28 State $66,667 Year Total $4, 29 Local $666,667 29 State $333,333 29 FAA $1,, Year Total $2,, 21 FAA $5, 21 Local $1,, 21 FAA $1,, 21 State $5, Year Total $3,, Project Total-State $9, $1,8, $2,7, 16.67 % 33.33 % 5. % $5,4,
