DAY 1: USA / SPAIN Fly through the night to Málaga, Spain. DAY 2: MÁLAGA Upon arrival at Málaga airport, meet with your Spanish Forum Tour Manager who will remain with you throughout your stay in Spain. Transfer to your hotel, drop your bags and take a minute to freshen up. This evening, head to a chiringuito beach restaurant and enjoy a Paella and some Espetos. In Málaga, an espeto refers to fresh sardines (although you can also use other kinds of fish and meat), skewered and cooked over a pit of coals. This is one of the most typical food you can eat in Málaga. Overnight accommodation in Málaga. DAY 3: MÁLAGA / SEVILLA After breakfast at the hotel, depart by private motor coach to Sevilla, capital of Andalucía. On arrival, meet your local guide and visit the Cathedral. Climb the Giralda Tower. Later, visit Los Reales Alcázares. This palace has a fascinating beauty and was once the residence of Moors and Christian Kings. Have some free time for lunch Then, ride a horse carriage, or coche de caballo, through the Plaza de España, Puerta de Jerez and Plaza de la Constitución. Have some free time for sightseeing, shopping, or to return to your hotel to freshen up and change your clothes. This evening, enjoy a Flamenco Dinner Show in El Patio Andaluz. Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation. DAY 4: SEVILLA / JEREZ / SEVILLA After, depart by private motor coach to Jerez to visit its wineries. Sherry wines are the most universal and oldest wines of Spain and are classified under the name of the Regulatory Council of Jerez-Sherry-Manzanilla de Sanlúcar as generous, noble and sweet wines. Visit the Bodegas Luís Perez. Stroll through the vineyards and winery. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the winery. Continue with a visit to the Urium Winery home to one of the most expensive wines in the world called Urium 120 years. Return to Sevilla later in the afternoon. Free time for dinner. DAY 5: SEVILLA / BARCELONA Head to the train station by private bus and catch the train to Barcelona! On arrival, transfer to your hotel and have some free time to rest or stroll through this city. Barcelona is well known for its art and architecture. Dinner with your group at a local restaurant. Night accommodation in Barcelona. DAY 6: BARCELONA Today, head to Parc Guell Gaudi's "garden city" a town unto itself with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy some time discovering the park. Have some free time for lunch. After lunch, discover the astonishing Sagrada Familia, designed by Gaudí, which is still under construction. The remainder of the afternoon is free to discover the city at your own pace. Dinner with your group at a local restaurant. Night accommodation in Barcelona. DAY 7: BARCELONA / PISA / FLORENCE Transfer to the airport by private bus. Say goodbye to your Spanish Tour Manager and catch your flight to Pisa, Italy. Upon arrival, meet your Italian Forum Tour Manager, who will remain with you for the remainder of your stay in Europe. Go to the "Miracle Square" for photos of the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Climb to the top for a unique experience and beautiful view. Board your private bus to Florence later in the afternoon. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and head to dinner at a local restaurant. DAY 8: FLORENCE Today, meet your local guide for a visit of the Galleria Dell Accademia, which houses Michelangelo s monumental figure of David. Visit the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo, which is famous for its leather goods. Then, cross Ponte Vecchio and browse the jewelry shops along the famous bridge. Have a free afternoon to rest, discover the city at your own pace or to catch up on some shopping. This evening, experience a Bel Canto performance at the Opera di Firenze (reservation subject to availability). Dinner with your group at a local restaurant. Overnight accommodation in Florence.
DAY 9: FLORENCE / ROME Head to the train station in Florence and catch your train to Rome. On arrival, drop your bags at your hotel and have some free time for lunch. This afternoon, meet your local guide and discover Vatican City. The official headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church is home to the Pope and a trove of iconic art and architecture Begin with St. Peter's Square - enter the immense and grand St. Peter's Basilica. Visit the Vatican Museum including the Raphael Rooms and the Gallery of Tapestries. End your visit in the Sistine Chapel. Dinner with your group in a local restaurant. Overnight accommodation in Rome. DAY 10: ROME Today, meet your local guide for a guided visit of Ancient Rome. Circle round the Arch of Constantine towards the ruins of the Roman Forum, the area around which ancient Rome was developed. Admire the Basilica of Maxentius, the 1700-year old Temple of Romulus, and the Temple of Divus Julius built where Caesar s body was cremated. Head toward the Palatine, known as the place where Romulus founded Rome. Visit the Colosseum - originally known as the Flavian Amphitheatre. Have some free time for lunch. Have a free afternoon discover the city at your own pace or to catch up on some shopping. Afterwards, enjoy a farewell dinner with your group at a local restaurant. Overnight accommodation in Rome.
