TOUR 3 PAPAL AUDIENCE 12 3 Attending the Papal Audience is an amazing once-in-a lifetime experience and an opportunity to see the Pope himself. Every Wednesday morning (unless he is travelling) the Holy Father holds a public Audience in St. Peter s Square (due to weather conditions it can be held indoors). He will be passing by the faithful on his Popemobile, on his way to the podium in front of St. Peter s Basilica, from where he will deliver his message and give the Papal Blessing. GENERAL CONDITIONS CONTRACTS: Contracts of tours are regulated by rules established by the International Carini - Ed. 10-2018 Law n 1084 on December 27/1977 and the statues of the law 111/95. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION: All services are subject to availability and RATES: All rates include VAT taxes and are set by the organizing Travel Agency on the basis of the cost at the time of printing, therefore rates can be varied at any time by the agency, in the event of changes in carriers and service costs. PAYMENTS: Payment must be done at the time of booking. For some tours you will be asked for credit card information to hold and guarantee the service. CANCELLATION CHARGES: All the excursions by high speed train are non refundable and no changes can be made. All the other tours cancelled without prior notice are subject to the following cancellation fee: 72 hours before service: 10% of the total cost 48 hours before service: 20% of the total cost 24 hours before service: 50% of the total cost No- show 100% charge PICK-UP SERVICE/: Clients requesting hotel pick-up need to be in hotel lobby on time waiting for our representative. The clients will then be driven to the be possible pick-up delay; should this occur we ask clients to wait patiently in the hotel lobby. Clients who prefer to reach the meeting point need to be there at least 15 minutes prior the departure time. No refund will be given to clients who miss the tour because they where not on time. No reimbursement will be given to clients who lose contact with the tour guide during the tour or who do not complete the tour. LIABILITY: Travel Agent is not responsible for loss of any valuables left in the vehicle by the customer, nor for any damages caused by third parties to personal items during the tour. Travel Agent cannot be held responsible for any partial or complete closure of Museums, Churches, monuments etc. Travel Agent cannot be accountable for delays, irregularities or any damages caused by third parties or forces beyond its control. CHANGES OF BOOKING: For matters beyond its control or for operational reasons the Travel Agency can modify at any time or substitute alternative services for similar type and quality. COMPLAINTS: All complaints need to be submitted in writing within 24 hours after the end of the tour. Travel Agency will not reply to complaints received 24 hours after the end of the tours. DISPUTES: In case of any problems or complaints that cannot be resolved between client and travel agency disputes should be referred to the court of Rome.
