Nearly 1,700 athletes and more than 600 coaches have qualified for these games and will compete in the Basketball Team or Individual Skills competition! INDIVIDUAL SKILLS: Horton Field House - Saturday, 9:00a.m. 3:00 pm *Young Athlete skills Saturday, 2-3pm *Tentative Schedule enclosed. COSTS: Special Olympics Illinois does not charge spectator or registration fees for any of its events. The cost to put on this event is subsidized at approximately $38/athlete. ABLE is a game changer for Illinois individuals with IDD/DD and their families in that they can now save and invest their private funds without losing, or losing access to, federal means-tested benefits, such as SSI, SSDI and Medicaid. Representatives from the IL State Treasurer s Office will be at ISU Horton Field House on Saturday, from 730am 4:00pm, to share information and answer questions. They will be located by Family Registration.
