Hang around for lunch with the extra big plate of fries, burgers and whatever you desire and maybe some washer-on-a-string toss games to complete the festivities. The 50 mile return will pass by the Dehart Dam Reservoir, heading east on Rt 325 and up and over Gold Mine Road. The owners will take us on a personal tour where you will have a chance to mingle with the Sat - 7/23/2016 animals, take selfies, pet and feed them along with learning all sorts of interesting facts about these friendly South American mountain creatures. There is even a very nice gift shop to take home some unique goodies. $1.00 per person donation. Grass parking so bring along your kick stand donut. CAMPOUT near Galeton, PA - This will be Blue Mountain H.O.G.'s 26th Annual Campout adventure, so if you have never been along for this event, this should be your year!! We depart from various locations on Friday for a scenic 180 mile ride north to the town of Wellsboro and turn west on Rt 6 to the campground or local motels in the Gaines and Galeton area. This exciting adventure makes the Wild Hogs movie look like a middle school outing as there is plenty of social time, local rides, H-D dealer visits, Black Forest Chili Cook-Off, food, fun, fellowship Fri - 7/29/2016 and occasionally electric for the whole weekend. Come and be a tent or trailer camper or motel weenie and enjoy the fun and comraderie! Group bonfires are held Friday and Saturday nights at the campground which can be attended by all. Tent camping fees run under $10 per night per person and motels are at the going rates. An organized ride is conducted on Saturday and everyone returns home completely refreshed on Sunday from a weekend of great living in God's Country - Potter County, PA. After visiting the sightseeing destinations, we will be spending the night at the Quality Inn in Johnstown, PA with a group rate of $120 for two people plus tax. Participants will be responsible for making their own reservation at the suggested hotel and contact information will be provided to those who are interested. This is a 2-day ride event.

Blue Mountain Chapter, Harley Owners Group 2016 Membership Points Contest Rules 1. The Membership Challenge is open to all members in good standing of the Blue Mountain Chapter, Harley Owners Group. 2. Members will be removed from the membership contest if they do not maintain membership in the Chapter. 3. Points will be accumulated and the contest will begin October 26, 2015 and end October 25, 2016. 4. Registration for the contest is not required. New members will be added when they join the Chapter. 5. An Official Chapter Ride will be a ride that is predetermined by the officers as an official ride prior to the date of the ride; published in the chapter s newsletter and announced at a chapter meeting. 6. If a ride or event qualifies for more than one category, you will be awarded points for all. 7. It shall be the responsibility of each participant to make sure they are listed on the activity/event form at each activity/event they attend. In order to maintain consistency and to avoid confusion, questions or grievances can be filed with the point s keeper, or other persons as designated by the Director. When necessary, the questions or grievance will be brought before the Officers of the Chapter. Members are welcome to bring a guest to 2 rides and/or meetings. After these introductory events, your guest would need to join Blue Mountain Chapter of H.O.G. in order to continue participating in these events. Categories 1. Participate in a chapter ride or event 1 point max points none 2. Attend monthly chapter meeting 1 point max points 12 3. Helping at a White s H-D or Iron Valley H-D* 1 point max points none 4. Have an article published in our newsletter 1 point max points 6 * Only when the chapter s assistance is requested. AWARDS 15 points = chapter event pin Pins will be awarded at the annual banquet! The top 3 winners will also receive a separate award at the annual banquet!!
