Our shuttle bus service covers a return trip from Putra Heights Bus Hub to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) & Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2). 4. Where is Putra Heights Bus Hub? Putra Heights Bus Hub is connected to Putra Heights LRT Station, Kelana Jaya & Ampang Line. It is located at the lower ground level of the LRT station. You can wait for the shuttle bus at Platform Express, Putra Heights Bus Hub. 8. How long is the journey to the airport? The combo rail & bus will entitle you: - From Rail Station (LRT/MRT/Monorail/BRT): 1 x one-way Train ride to Putra Heights LRT Station and 1 x one-way Bus ride to KLIA /KLIA 2 From KLIA /KLIA 2: 1 x one-way Bus ride to Putra Heights Bus Hub and 1 x one-way Train ride to any Rail station (LRT/MRT/Monorail/BRT) 11. Where do I purchase the shuttle bus ticket from rail station? You may purchase the shuttle bus ticket from any LRT, MRT, Monorail, BRT Customer Service Counter. Please inform the Customer Service Officer (CSO) that you would like to purchase Rapid KL Airport Shuttle Ticket. The combo Rail and Bus ticket is RM10.00 (single journey) per person. CSO will encode a Rail Token for you to use to Putra Heights LRT station. Please keep your receipt to redeem the shuttle bus ticket. Once you exited the gate at Putra Height LRT station, make your way to Putra Heights Bus Hub at Lower Ground level. You can wait for the shuttle bus at Platform Express. The shuttle bus ticket is RM10.00 (single journey) per person. 13. Can I return with your service (from KLIA & KLIA 2)? Yes, you can take the shuttle bus from: - KLIA Airport: Level 1, Main Terminal Building. KLIA2 Airport: Level 1, Transportation Hub. 14. Can I purchase a ticket at the airport, and where are the ticket counter located? We do not have ticket counter at the airports but you may purchase the ticket onboard shuttle bus. Once you aboard the shuttle bus, the bus captain will give you the shuttle bus ticket. 15. I do not plan to take the train. How much is the shuttle bus ticket to Putra Heights Bus Hub only? Once you arrived at Putra Heights LRT station, make your way to Putra Heights LRT Station on the first level. Go to the Customer Service Office and present your shuttle bus ticket to redeem the Rail Token. The Customer Service Officer will present a Rail Token for you to use to any LRT, MRT, Monorail or BRT station. We offer a combo Rail and Bus ticket for RM10.00 (single journey) per person. 16. The combo Rail and Bus ticket is only valid for 1 day. 19. Do kids below 7 years old travel for free? Yes, kids below 7 years old travel for free. 20. Is there a special price for kids, senior citizen or disabled? The combo Rail and Bus ticket is RM10.00 (single journey) per person. 21. Can I purchase the ticket in advance? You can only purchase your ticket on the day that you plan to travel. 22. Can you accommodate special needs? (e.g wheelchair) For now, the bus is not accessible for wheelchair users. 23. How many luggage can I bring? The luggage rack onboard can fit between 10 15 luggage. 24. How do I identify the shuttle bus? The shuttle buses have a special bus wrap and LED display (E1 LRT Putra Height to KLIA1/ KLIA2) so you can identify the Rapid KL Airport Shuttle buses. 25. What is the time of the last bus from Putra Heights Bus Hub / KLIA & KLIA 2? What type of bus do you use? We use low floor Scania K250 buses. 27. What kind of facilities do you offer at Putra Heights Bus Hub? (e.g wi-fi, toilet, F&B kiosk, prayer room) We have comfortable and air-conditioned waiting area. If you wish to use the toilet or prayer room, the facilities are available at the LRT station. 28.
