How To Spa Spa Packages Payment Kinspa requires 100% payment on booking for all residential and non-residential Spa Packages. You can re-arrange your booking 2 weeks in advance, however payment is strictly non-refundable Group Bookings Bookings consisting of 6 or more guests will be considered as a group booking. A designated group leader must supply card details upon booking to secure the session. The card details stored will be charged in the event of any outstanding bill on the day of treatments, for example; any food or beverage. Arrival Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any appointments. This will allow you to relax and unwind prior to your treatment and familiarise yourself with our facilities. We will ask you to fill out a health questionnaire if you have not visited Kinspa previously. Late Arrival Late arrival will simply result in your treatment being cut short Changing Rooms For security reasons, we request that guests store all personal belongings in the lockers provided. Each locker is secured by a personal keypad. Guests should enter their personal code and keep the number private to ensure full security. Each locker is for day use only, any personal items left in lockers will be removed at the end of each day and placed into lost property. Kinspa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of valuables whilst on the spa premises. Food & Drink Guests are not permitted to bring their own food and drink for consumption whilst on the spa premises, without the direct consent of the spa manager. Age Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 years old in any area of the spa. This policy also applies to our treatments; you must be aged 16 or over. We have reserved swim times for members and hotel resident s children aged 18 months to 16 years from 8am - 9am every day. Residents free entry, Members Children 5.00 What to Wear We are relaxed and informal, so wear whatever you feel comfortable in. If you are visiting us on a Spa Day, we will provide you with a towel, bath robe & footwear. Swimwear is compulsory within the thermal experience spa facilities. It is fine to wear your bath robe everywhere within the Spa, including the Chiang Mai Restaurant. We recommend that you do not wear jewellery whilst using the spa facilities as it will be too hot against your skin and may damage gemstones. During your treatment, you may either wear your under garments, or we can provide you with disposable underwear. Spa Etiquette Please respect other Spa guest s right to privacy and serenity during your visit. Within any of our relaxation areas, please try to moderate your noise so other guests are not disturbed. Smoking and the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited throughout the Spa. The Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Treatments, Cancellations & Amendments You may change the time and/or date of your booking provided 48 hours prior notice is received (4 days in the case of Group Bookings). Cancellations made within less than the notice required will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment/service booked. Special Circumstances Kindly advise us if you have any health considerations, allergies or injuries, as this may affect your treatment choice as some therapies may not be appropriate. Disabled Facilities Kinspa offers disabled facilities. Please let the Kinspa staff know of any special needs you may have at the time of your booking so we can help make the most of your day Special Dietary Requirements Please let us know of any special dietary needs prior to your arrival and we will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements for you. Pregnancy Appointments marked with a are suitable during pregnancy. Some of our facilities are unsuitable for use during pregnancy, please ask the Spa Reception for guidance. 20

With views over rolling countryside, the Technogym state of the art gymnasium at Kinspa offers fourteen individual pieces of the latest fitness equipment in addition to a free weights area. Running machines, cross trainers, bikes, spinners and rowing machines, it s all here. The Kinspa Fitness Professionals are also on hand and will be delighted to help in any way.
