DESCRIPTION The first recording of a dwelling at Mottingsden was in 1322 and was associated with John de Motyn, however the present property has origins from 1643 with later additions. Now Listed Grade II, the house has charming exteriors of part tile hanging with refaced stucco under a steeply pitched tiled roof.
