Greetings to all, The summer season is already upon us and it is time to summarize some aspects of our last meeting with the employer and share the latest developments. As usual, we met the employer in mid-march and here s some important topics: mainly change of hotel in ATH, BCN, BSL and LYS... Several hotel grievances are currently under arbitration and the process is expected to take a few more months. We are hoping for a favorable decision and we will keep you informed when we do have news on this hot topic. In addition, we discussed the constraints of double occupancy and added fees, which are sometimes requested when you travel with a friend or a parent. In the case where a non-approved hotel is not of equal or superior quality and/or does not meet the mandatory criteria of Appendix D and/or article 19.03 and 19.03.01 of the collective agreement, a premium of $100 for the first night stay, $125 for the second night stay, and $150 for the third and all subsequent night stay will be paid to the Cabin Attendant. It is understood that this premium is not applicable to destinations not serviced by Air Transat. Read carefully and understand the new text... When you stay in a hotel other than the one that was contracted and you feel that the quality of this hotel is lower or not in the central area (+ 20h), do not hesitate not fill out an irregularity report and post a comment on CrewCare, we will be able to do the appropriate follow-up. 1

CREWCARE We would like to remind you once again to always use CREWCARE for your comments on hotels or transportation at our destinations, in order to make tracking more efficient and quick. It also allows us to have better arguments when we meet the company. Remember that your comments are not only read by your committee, but also by the company. Be factual and respectful. All the information on all our hotels is available on CrewCare via Mundo. SOCIAL MEDIA Too often we see incidents regarding transportation and hotels on Facebook. This information does not go into CrewCare, and so unfortunately, remains without tracking and/or follow up. Let's keep a low profile on our geographical situation and avoid giving too many details on the Facebook planet for example "Mr. X checked into the Crowne Plaza in Paris". It is for your safety and that of others (when you add them to your publication). Think about it! It's like giving your temporary address to the entire planet and at the same time, you're showing yourself as being outside your home... GRIEVANCES In total, we have 9 grievances now in arbitration concerning CDG (Marriott, Pullman) BCN (Fira and Cornella) YYZ (Marriott -20h) as well as Rome (Crowne Plaza St. Peters), the arbitration process will resume in August. DOUBLE OCCUPATION We have received an overload of complaints, in particular from PVR, PUJ and CUN. At our meeting, we asked for clarification on the terms of our contracts. In general, the contracts stipulate that the price of negotiated rooms is for single or double occupancy, so no charge for a second person in the room in the category offered. You should only pay for your guest's bracelet at the same price as yours. However, you could also pay an additional environmental or tourism tax for the additional person or extra breakfast when included (FCO). If you have been overcharged, please contact the committee via CrewCare with proof (invoice, credit card report) and you will be refunded. YOUR ROOMS Normally, they should not be connecting rooms, unless in the case where another crew member occupies the adjacent room. It should not be adapted for people with reduced mobility. Neither next to the elevators or ice machines. If this should happen, please ask reception to change your room and notify us via CrewCare. It should be noted that there is no premium provided for in the Collective Agreement for this situation, but hotels are always advised that when possible, they should not allocate this type of room to us. 2

TRANSPORT A little reminder of the articles of your Collective Agreement on bus transportation... 18.04.03 By bus All deadheading will be carried out in buses chartered exclusively for cabin crews and/or flight crews. The Company will reserve buses with air conditioning and/or heating. If toilets are not available, stops will be made as necessary in appropriate areas. Moreover, any deadheading by bus whose total duration is over 1 hour will be carried out in a motor coach with at least 30 seats or which provides a minimum of 2 seats per occupant. All deadheading by bus will be carried out in a motor coach which provides safe and secure luggage stowage. 18.05.02 By bus The Company cannot schedule any deadheading by bus of a total duration of over 3 hours and 30 minutes. 18.08 Transportation between airport and hotel and vice versa The Company may use hotel shuttle buses in order to transport Cabin Personnel between the airport and the hotel or vice versa, as long as it is not a case of deadheading, as defined in Article B16. Transportation shall be available no later than 45 minutes after flight arrival (after blocks inserted). Where transportation is not available as above Cabin Attendants will be allowed to take a taxi at the cost of the Company (up to 4 Cabin Attendants per taxi). Hotel shuttle must have sufficient seating or bus-handle or safe/secure luggage stowage. In the event that this is not possible, crew members that are unable to safely secure themselves will be able to take a taxi, the cost of which will be absorbed by the Company. The train tickets for the offered for downtown must not, at any time, have any restrictions, for example: "ticket outside the peak period". If this is what you are given at the reception, please advise them that you are entitled to the unconditional ticket, as negotiated with the Company and notify us as soon as possible via Crewcare with as much information as possible. As for the survey, the Component will analyze the results by base, by seniority and so on, in order to have a clearer direction. To be continued 3

Following the cancellation of the contract by the vendor, we made 2 visits to Athens last winter and until now, we have not been able to find the precious gem... It will be difficult to find better than the Hilton. Therefore, for this year and for one season only, we will stay at the Metropolitan. This hotel is not in the established area (downtown) however, there is a free shuttle available to take you downtown Athens. The hotel has just been renovated and is now under the Marriott banner: ATHENS MARRIOTT HOTEL 19.03 When a Cabin Attendant is on a layover for a period of 20 hours or more (block to block), the Company will provide the Cabin Attendant with accommodations at a hotel located in the downtown area of the main city served by the airport of arrival. As per Article 27.02.01, for each scheduled or contracted destination, the Hotel and Transport Committee will be mandated to determine the perimeters of the downtown area. In the event that the Committee determines that a hotel is unavailable or unsustainable in this area, the Committee shall determine the best possible solution, which can then only be approved for 1 season. We are getting closer to our goal... We believe that the Occidental Atenea Mar will be far superior to the Fira Congress. It was not our first choice, but for a logistical point, this hotel will be able to take all the volume for the season and here again it is a temporary solution. This hotel is located in Barcelona, near the beach area not far from the Rambla Poblenu. Two other hotels with a more central geographic location were also approved for the long term, however the amount of rooms offered was minimal. We will continue our efforts to find a hotel that meets the maximum criteria of the evaluation grid. Send us your comments. 4

After so many years at the Park Hotel in Mulhouse, it's time to move on; we will stay in Switzerland. The Radisson Blu, in the heart of Basel, will be your new hotel on this destination. Plan your Swiss francs! This spring, the company received a tempting offer from the Radisson Blu, just completely renovated and at a great price! We are very good at the Novotel Confluence, there are no complaints, no waiting for a room, the effects of the cancellation of contract are harmful, these are the arguments that we have verbalized to the employer... With that being said, we are in the last year of the contract and as price is an important factor, the company has decided to go ahead. Q For those who remember, it's the "Crayon" not far from Pars Dieu downtown. BOD The Mercure will be undergoing renovation for part of the summer and at such time, we will be relocated to the Novotel next door. CDG We reminded the company to follow up on problem rooms at Crowne Plaza, La République. YYZ We asked to go to tender. Chelsea is deteriorating rapidly (+ 20h). YUL We asked to return to the Quality Suites as soon as the renovations are completed (-20h), instead of staying at the Crowne Plaza on Côte-de-Liesse. 5
