Besides, Chongqing International Snacks Festival and Chongqing International Coffee Plus Cultural Festival will be held during the same period. As the key brand exhibition cultivated and built by Chongqing, the CCF has been successfully held for 3 sessions since 2013, driving the consumption upgrading and the development of innovative business model in Chongqing. It is also a comprehensive domestic commodity fair with high level, large scale, full range of commodities as well as great transaction result and influence. It will be an interesting CCF of innovation, fashion, art and fun, and also a festival of city participated by all people. At the Fair, you can walk, stop and shop as you want. The CCF is a carnival of the beautiful mountain city, making you appreciate multiple charms of Chongqing, a capital of exhibition, shopping and food in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. I. Introduction to CCF The establishment of China (Chongqing) Commodities Fair (hereinafter referred to as the CCF ) is a significant step to build the exhibition capital in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as to promote consumption and expand domestic demand. Since 2013, it has been successfully held for 3 sessions. With increasingly large investment range and diverse participation forms, it has driven the consumption upgrading and the development of innovative business model in Chongqing. The last CCF covered a total exhibition area about 130,000m 2, participated by more than 2,000 brand enterprises at home and abroad, attracting audience of 479,000 person-times, with spot trading volume reaching RMB 113 million. The holding of the CCF was followed and reported by more than 100 mainstream media at home and abroad. The Fourth Session of China (Chongqing) Commodities Fair is planned to be grandly held at Chongqing International Expo Center (Yuelai International Convention Center) from October 13 to 16, 2016 with the total exhibition area breaking through 130,000m 2. Participation Requirements The exhibitor shall hold valid business license, tax registration certificate, product valid approval document and other related valid documents; the enterprise related to food and health-care products shall also have production license, hygiene license and quality inspection report, and provide copies of the above certificates for the Organizing Committee. X. Participation Procedures 1. The exhibitor shall fill out the Participation Application Form and send it to the Organizing Committee Office by fax or mail; 2. Remit related expenses into the account designated by the Organizing Committee or pay the expenses at the Organizing Committee Office; 3. The Organizing Committee confirms the participation based on the payment of expenses. The booths will be allocated on the principle of payment first, allocation first and subject to availability. XI. The exhibitor shall be under the unified arrangement and management of the Organizing Committee and observe various regulations of the fair. The exhibitor shall also promise not to exhibit counterfeit, shoddy and infringing products, not transfer or sublease the booth and not withdraw early. In case of violation, the exhibitor shall be volunteered to accept the punishment even to be expelled or detainment of exhibition products; the losses incurred shall be borne by the exhibitor. The exhibitor shall fill the exhibition product content in details and guarantee that the exhibition product is consistent with the product content filled and declared. In case of discrepancy, the Organizing Committee shall be entitled to reject the product admission. 2. The participation expenses are not refundable if the exhibitor can t participate in the exhibition due to its own reason. 3. To ensure the overall image and effect of the exhibition, the Organizing Committee reserves the ultimate right to adjust the booths of exhibitors. 4.
