Please give this package to the person who will be responsible for the exhibit space requirements. The Pharmacy Expo held June 14-16, 2016 will give your company a unique opportunity to gain new insights into today s evolving business of neighbourhood pharmacies and set the stage for the future. NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE AISLE What is the New Product Showcase? The New Product Showcase is the launching place for new products and services making their debut at this year s Pharmacy Expo. This is a great opportunity for product exposure. New Product Showcase products will be featured in showcases on the Exhibit hall floor-showcase Aisle New Product Showcase Details: Fee is $500 per entry until April 15, then cost increases. A product is defined as one product or product line. Deadline for entries is April 15, 2016. A limited number of spaces are available. The cost of participation includes placement of product, company name, booth number and product name Only registered exhibitors with exhibit space at the 2016 Pharmacy Expo are eligible to participate Only one product per exhibitor A picture of each product must be submitted for approval by committee prior to April 15, 2016 On-site registrations or additions will not be accepted No on-site product substitutions No promotional materials (e.g. catalogs, brochures, flyers, postcards, etc.), signs or decorative accessories (banners, balloons, signs, etc.) may accompany product Products must be picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016. By submitting a New Product Showcase reservation, you agree and acknowledge that you and representatives from your company will abide by show managements rules and regulations concerning participation and product placement in the New Product Showcase Products will not be accepted after 9:00am on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 due to scheduled events. RULES AND REGULATIONS Right to Peaceful Enjoyment No Aisle Obstruction: Limit your displays and support materials to the space delineated by the walls of your meeting space to ensure that fire regulations and crowd movement regulations of the facility are met. The Enercare Centre has exclusive rights to all food and beverage served within your meeting area. Food prepared outside of the facility will not be permitted. LIABILITIES AND RESTRICTIONS The following liabilities and restrictions apply to exhibitors/associates and their employees during exhibition setup and teardown. LIABILITIES Insurance Exhibitors must have their own liability insurance. In the event of fire, flooding or theft, no matter how caused, the Enercare Centre and its representatives assume no liability for any bodily harm or material damage to products, booths, equipment or decorations occupying any rented space within the building or being moved in or out of the building. RESTRICTIONS Adhesive Tape Alcohol drinking during Setup / Teardown The only adhesives allowed at the Centre are listed below, and may be purchased on site: Double sided cloth tape only to be used in the building which can be purchased in the business centre on site located in front of Hall D Galleria To minimize the risks of accidents, and unless otherwise agreed with the Enercare Centre, the Centre s caterer will not sell alcohol during the setup and teardown activities.

Animals With the exception of assistance dogs, the client must not bring any animals into the Centre without prior written authorization, nor allow any to be brought in. Balloons and Confetti The use of helium balloons must be preauthorized by your Event Coordinator. Charges apply for taking balloons down from the ceiling after your event. The use of confetti and sequins is prohibited. Children For safety reasons, the presence of children at the loading dock is not advised during set-up and dismantling. Common Areas Exhibitors must keep hallways, elevators, escalators, entrances, halls, lobbies, plasma screens, stairways, video monitors and building emergency exits free from obstruction at all times. Cooking Appliances The exhibitor must comply with the fire prevention rules. Please refer to Security Measures and fire prevention for full details. Also, please note that the Enercare Centre is a nonsmoking establishment. Food Services Spectra has an exclusive agreement to sell and distribute food and beverages inside the Centre. No food or beverages may be sold or distributed without the written permission of Enercare Centre management or Spectra Motorized Vehicles The exhibitor must comply with the fire prevention rules. No smoking policy The Enercare Centre provides a totally smoke-free environment to its clientele. Since May 31st 2006, according to provisions of the Law on the tobacco, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Centre and also in the loading docks. Noise Limits Equipment or devices producing noise or odors that disturb exhibitors or visitors will not be tolerated. Noise levels must not exceed 70 decibels at a distance of four feet from the sound source. The Enercare Centre has sole authority in this matter. Security The Centre offers general site security on a 24 hour basis. However, the Centre is not responsible for goods and property belonging to the exhibitors in rented spaces. Any additional security is a chargeable expense. Please use the order form to make your request. Stickers Stickers of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Enercare Centre.
