TOWN MANAGER S WEEKLY REPORT TOWN MANAGER S UPDATE Handled tenant concern over Town Code Enforcement and compliance with Fair Housing Standards Act Researched availability of water and sewer utilities for parcel being considered for development Created a Referendum Information section on Town Website (Reports, Frequently Asked Questions, and other information) Represented the Town at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Sharp Energy Headquarters Attended Ribbon Cutting for the Sussex Academy Phase I Expansion (Gene Dvornick, Chief Hughes, Rebecca Johnson-Dennis, Chris Lecates, Bill West) Addressed parking concerns and site plan requirements relating to a tenant fit-out (Gene Dvornick, Jocelyn Godwin) Continued work on Burger King Road dedication to the Town. Title search has been completed, Extinguishment of Easement drafted, verification of property owners is underway.
