HOTEL FLORA INFORMATION DIRECTORY Originally a family mansion of the late 19th century, after a long and careful renovation, Hotel Flora is now a refined hotel set in a liberty-style, Roman villa. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and is located close to the centre of Frascati, renowned for its wine and wonderful restaurants and just 20 kilometres from the Historic Centre of Rome. There are a total of 37 spacious rooms spread out across Villa Flora, the main building, and Villa Le Camelie and all are well-appointed with marble floors and antique furnishings. Dining options include the elegant Frascati Restaurant which offers a variety of local dishes, a lounge bar and a coffee shop. In the spring and summer months the Roof Gardens are open from where cocktails and sumptuous dinners can be enjoyed with scenic views. AIR CONDITIONING Air conditioning is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. COMMUNICATIONS If you wish to contact the hotel please call + 39 06 9416110. You can make room-to-room calls free of charge (see section on Telephone Calls). Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS If you have any dietary requirements such as vegetarian, low salt, gluten free and low cholesterol, please notify the Reservations Department. We regret that these, and any other special dietary needs, cannot be guaranteed. If you have any specific or special foods that you require we recommend that you take some with you although the hotel will endeavour to accommodate your needs. DINING AND DRINKING Breakfast is served daily in the Liberty Room from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Lunch is served daily in the Restaurant from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Afternoon Tea is served at the Lounge Bar and Garden Terrace daily from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Dinner is served in the Restaurant daily from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. ELECTRICITY The voltage in the hotel is 220 volts. All bathrooms are equipped with a shaver socket and hairdryer. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES In the unlikely event that an emergency should occur during your stay, we ask that you remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff. We request that as soon as you enter your room, you carefully read the safety instructions fixed on the inside of your hotel room door. LAUNDRY SERVICE A laundry and dry cleaning service is available in the hotel. Laundry bags and a price list can be found in the wardrobe in your room. Please fill in the laundry list and leave it together with the bag of items to be laundered on your bed. LIFT There is a lift in the main Villa Flora which services all floors. The Villa Le Camelie does not have a lift and rooms are spread over two floors. LOST PROPERTY Before you check out, please check your hotel room to ensure you do not leave anything behind. If you discover you have left any items behind, please contact Noble Caledonia directly. If we are able to recover your item(s) we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection, and any costs incurred will be at your own expense. MEDICAL FACILITIES A hospital is located five minutes walk from the hotel and a doctor can be called to the hotel. MINI-BAR For your convenience a mini-bar facility has been set up in your room with soft drinks and beers (replenished daily). NEWS News channels are available on your TV in your hotel room. PASSPORTS All passports are collected by reception upon check-in. Passports are necessary to facilitate immigration formalities and are returned straight away. ROOM ACCOUNT All guests will have their own room account once credit card details have been given to Reception. This allows you to sign for any expenses and then settle your bill at Reception at the end of your stay. Prices are shown and charged in Euro. Your room account can be paid by: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Cash (Euros) ROOMS Comfort Room Comfort rooms offer an average of 25 square metres of living space in a traditional style with one king or two twin beds. The rooms feature marble floors and bathrooms, antique furnishings and all mod cons including air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-bar, satellite TV and hairdryer. Please note that there is a shower but no bathtub. SAFE In the wardrobe is an electronic safe which can be programmed with a personal code. Should you require any assistance, please contact Reception. SMOKING POLICY Hotel Flora offers a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted outside of the hotel and the hotel kindly requests that smokers take the comfort of other guests into consideration. TELEPHONE CALLS Calls to other rooms can be made free of charge by dialling the room number. You can make an external telephone call from your room. Lift the handset and press 0 to obtain the line.
