GENERAL I. Notification Management Usage For Car Bookings Notification Management Usage For Car Bookings The notification management has been extended, so it can now also be used for car bookings. Supplementary, attachments like e.g. (internal) usage terms and conditions for car bookings or general car rental bookings can be sent to the traveller and/or booker together with the booking confirmation. 03
GENERAL II. Extension Location Proposal For Company Locations In The Close Vicinity General Company Locations Display On The Map When entering a city, proposals will automatically be submitted. In case this functionality is active, also company locations situated in the close vicinity will be shown. If e.g. a search for Frankfurt is started, also cities like Hanau or Offenbach will appear, as long as company locations exist here. It is also possible to setup in the administration the radius for the search by an airport or a rail station. 04
05 FLIGHT I. Additional Data Transmission For British Airways Direct Bookings Flight Booking Additional Data Transmission BTA Starting now, for British Airways bookings, performed via the NDC interface, the additional data for the American Express Card will directly be transmitted to Amex.
06 FLIGHT II. Deleting Booked Seat Reservations Flight Booking Deleting Booked Seat Reservations Booked seat reservations can be cancelled or modified exclusively in the seat map area. The button Seat reservation stays hereto at your disposal. Here you can make new reservations and/or changes.
07 FLIGHT III. Preferred Airline Functionality Extension Flight Booking Preferred Airline Display If Available The preferred airline allows to prefer a certain airline on a specific routing, so that only this airline will be displayed. In case this is not available, it is possible to administrate this using a supplementary configuration, so that next to the wished airline, also all the others will be inquired. Single airlines can be defined as preferred. In case the certain airline is not available at the time moment of the inquiry, alternative offers will be displayed. 08 FLIGHT IV. FlyBE Special Rates Inquiry Flight Booking FlyBE Inquire Special Rates Per Default The Airline FlyBE offers in Amadeus special rates, which can only be inquired and offered using a certain code. This will now automatically be taken into consideration for each FlyBE inquiry. Example:
09 FLIGHT V. Eurowings BIZ Class Rates Display Flight Booking Eurowings BIZ Class Rates Display The inquiry of the BIZ Class rates at Eurowings has been improved, so that these rates will now be always inquired and displayed, according to the travel policy in place.
RAIL 10 I. NVS - No BahnTix For Tickets Purely Abroad Rail Booking Rail Bookings Abroad No Longer Supported Pure intern rail connections abroad could have been booked so far exclusively as BahnTix via the NVS interface. Due to the fact that, there is no longer the possibility to get these tickets at a DB maschine, such bookings will not be supported anymore.
11 HOTEL I. Extension Of The Interface For Importing Hotel Bookings Booking Import Import Hotel Bookings From Third Party Systems The interface for importing conference and hotel bookings has been extended. Further possibilities for identifying the travellers and assigning the bookings to existing onesto orders stay now at your disposal. Moreover, further fields were implemented (among others, detailed breakdown of the price, meals, payment method) and can now be imported in onesto. The data transmission can be started by the user either as server call or per link. After the succesful transmission it is possible to book via onesto e.g. the journey to arrive to a conference. For the usage of the interface please turn to your onesto contact person.
12 HOTEL II. Company Credit Card Or VISA For Hotel Bookings Hotel Booking CVC Code Inquiry For Mastercard or VISA Usage Starting with this new functionality, we allow the use of a Mastercard or a VISA Card as company credit card for hotel bookings, similar to flight bookings. In case a hotel provider requests a CVC code, the user must enter it. It is important therefore, that the user knows and is allowed to use the CVC Code. The saving of the CVC Code in onesto is not possible.
13 HOTEL III. Advance Booking Limit For Hotel Contingent Bookings Hotel Booking Enter Advance Booking Limits For hotel contingent bookings via onesto, it is now also possible to enter advance booking limits for the hotel rates. The advance booking limit can be individually set per rate in days in the administration. Example: The displayed rate can be booked up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a short term inquiry within the advance booking limit, the rate will not be offered.
HOTEL IV. Continuous Scroll Arrows Display For Hotel Photos Hotel Booking Scroll Arrows Display The scroll arrows for the navigation in the hotel photos will now be continuously displayed. For the user it is easier now to recognize when more photos are included in the view. 14
15 HOTEL V. New CRC Provider Logo Hotel Booking New Logo CRC The hotel portal CRC has a new logo, which is also taken over in onesto.
HOTEL 16 VI. Extended Booking Functionalities Via Corporate Rate Club (1/2) Hotel Booking Fellow Travellers Booking Via CRC The extension allows the booking of more rooms by entering the fellow travellers in one order. After selecting a hotel, respectively a rate, it is now possible to enter the names of the persons who travel. In order to do this it is necessary to click on Enter guests names :
17 HOTEL VI. Extended Booking Functionalities Via Corporate Rate Club (2/2) Hotel Booking Fellow Travellers Booking Via CRC A window will open to enter the names of the guests: After entering and saving the names, these will be taken over in the system, they will appear on the itinerary and will be transmitted to the hotel provider: It is not possible to guarantee an availability for more rooms, resp. this depends on the hotels / provider information.
HOTEL 18 VII. Administrative Prefill Incl. Or Excl. Breakfast Hotel Booking Prefill Incl. Or Excl. Breakfast The extension applies to all providers and allows, via an administrative prefill, to filter the hotel rates with or without breakfast. In case the filter possibility including or excluding breakfast is active, the search result list will consider the respective hotels, see here including breakfast: Moreover, the booker has the possibility to manually change the filter selection and to limit, in this way, the display of the hotel rates at the ones excluding breakfast.
19 RENTAL CAR I. Car Pool Terms And Conditions For The Usage Car Pool Booking Terms And Conditions Confirmation When booking a car out of the onesto car pool administration, the user receives now a check box to confirm the terms and conditions for the usage. In the advice text it is possible to include a link to a document. In case this is not confirmed the booking cannot be performed:
20 RENTAL CAR II. Car Pool Information E-Mail Prior To Collection Car Pool Booking Information E-Mail About The Upcoming Collection In the area of car pool bookings, a new functionality has been developed. This sends an information e-mail at a defined time prior to the booked car pool rental. The subject, the text and the recipients of the e-mail are configurable (e.g. traveller and / or booker).
21 RENTAL CAR III. Avis Maximum 27 Days Rental Duration Car Rental Booking Maximum 27 Days Rental Duration The provider Avis allows a car rental of maximum 27 days. This has been implemented now in onesto, so that bookings for longer time are not possible.
22 RENTAL CAR IV. Booking Of Taxi And Saloon Service Via onesto2go Car Booking Booking Of Taxi And Saloon Via onesto2go The booking of taxi and saloon services stays now in onesto2go at your disposal. Herewith it is now possible to book Talixo and Sixt mydriver, while being on the way. Taxi and saloon service will be offered as separate means of travel:

Booking Of Taxi And Saloon Service As Separate Means Of Travel Car Booking Separate Tab Display Of Taxi And Saloon Taxi and Saloon Services (Talixo / Sixt mydriver) can be now booked in a separate tab. The user can herewith distinguish between the classic car rental and taxi / saloon service and can decide for the preferred mean of travel.
24 ONESTO2GO I. Simplified Activation onesto2go onesto2go Simplified Activation Process For the usage of the onesto2go app, an activation through the user in his/her onesto profile in onesto Customer has been, so far, necessary. Starting with this release, this step is dropped. After downloading it from the respective app store, the login data in onesto2go (user name and password) can directly be used, as known from the login in onesto Customer. In the profile, in onesto Customer, the possibility to assign a new onesto2go password stays further at your disposal, in case this is necessary later on. As previously, the app must be activated in general on the company level, prior to its usage.
