December 2016 Volume 1, Issue 9 What s Happening at the Scene? Message from Your Program Coordinator Wow!! Time flies when you re having fun! The snow has finally arrived and soon Christmas will be here. Once again, Thank You to everyone who turned out and supported our 2nd Karaoke/Open Mic Music Night. The crowd gets bigger each time and I look forward to organizing another Karaoke night in the spring. Also, our first attempt at Paint Nite was a huge success with 38 participants! We had way too much fun creating our very own masterpieces. Season s Greetings Take time during the rush of the holidays to enjoy the things in life that really matter. Take in the moments spent with your loved ones, and may the wonder of Christmas surround you throughout the holiday season. Cheers, Tammi T. Kelly 2016
Holiday Message from our President On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to all the members of the East Beaches Senior Scene and to our Community at large for your continued support of our center over the past year. Your generosity and participation keep our club going. Without you, we would be unable to offer the many programs and special events provided for the whole community. I would also like to Thank the many volunteers who provide the necessary leadership to keep things running smoothly. Wishing you and your loved ones peace, health, happiness and prosperity in the coming New Year! Frank Bagnall, President
