Article 3 The transit truck traffic regulated by this Decision shall be supervised by the Ministry of Interior and by the Inspections Department of the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, in accordance with regulations defining their respective competences. Article 4 The map of the road transit corridors is an integral part of this Decision. Article 5 This Decision enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and is enforceable as of 1 January 2009.
