G e n e r a l n o t e s Statistical bulletin prepared by the Department of Statistics within the Secretariat of Economy, City Administration of Nis Niš, has originated from the requirements of the users of the statistical data in the City contains statistical data from economy social life of our City. Bulletin data are given for the current year (both per months) a few previous years, with the possibility of comparison. Statistical bulletin in front of you is quarterly contains data for the City of Niš territory for the period july september 2018. The presented data in one part represent the result of the statistical research of interest for the Republic of Serbia that are conducted on the basis of the uniform program in the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia. Beside the use of statistical publications processing of the statistical documents of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, the bulletin contains data from the National Employment Service Niš branch, Secretariat of Public Utility, Energy Traffic city of Nis PU Airport Niš. We would like to stress that, starting from this year, the Statistics Bulletin of the City of Niš contains data on the air-traffic from 1986, i.e. opening of the airport. As for the public transport system, the bulletin contains data on all public transporters in the City of Niš. The tables that present data on unemployed persons have been partially modified. Due to methodological changes in monitoring data in the National Employment Service, in this Bulletin we publish data on the number of unemployed people by sex, work experience, level of education, citizenship nationality, while the publication of data on unemployment by age groups full time part time employment, by city municipalities, will be continued in the next issues of the Bulletin, if possible. 300000 250000 200000 150000 100000 50000 Графикон 1. Starting in 2014, the collection of data relating to agricultural l agricultural production in general is conducted by surveys of the sampled agricultural holdings (farms), legal entities entrepreneurs, consequently, the Republic Statistical Office does not have the working tables containing the relevant details of the area. Survey data collection method does not provide access to all areas, but only to those selected in the sample of the specific survey, depending on whether it is a plant or animal production. 5
