Institutional Framework and environmental legislation Two Entity ministries have specific competencies in the environmental field: Tourism and Environment of FBiH Physical Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology of RS There is also District Brčko (a Unit responsible for environmental protection issues) Following set of environmental laws at enitities level are adopted: 1.
