Exciting and carefully planned activities present campers with opportunities to try new activities, to build on skills they have already developed and to foster new friendships in a supportive and cooperative setting. Our camp staff have been carefully selected and trained to provide the best quality of care for your camper. Club lily adults ages 18 & up Club Lily is an awesome camp experience for adults 18 and up with any disability. Our goal during camp is offer our campers a variety of experiences that will foster independence, allow adventure and enhance socialization all while having fun! Our creative and diverse programming, designed to incorporate all campers no matter the age or disability, includes the climbing wall, zip line, boating, fishing, arts and crafts, games, sports, pool time, camp fires, special evening activities and more. Our trained and experienced counselors work with campers to promote skill-building, teamwork, friendship and fun. At Club Lily we encourage our campers to try new activities and challenge themselves. We hope to see you at camp this year! Our Club Lily camp is for adults of all functioning levels. We staff the camp at a 1:3, counselor to camper ratio. There will be a certified/licensed Health Staff at camp to assist with medication administration and basic health concerns. Our exceptional staff goes through trainings and is dedicated to providing the best care possible for all of our campers. All of these give campers endless opportunities to experience increased independence, enhanced self-esteem, as well as the ability to work in a group setting and the development of new interests and friendships. about day camps Easter Seals Day Camps offer opportunities for quality care and great adventure wrapped into one exciting program. Day campers attend their camp for 6 to 7 hours a day of jam-packed excitement. Our day campers experience a wide variety of activities from crafts and sports to special events and group projects. Our low counselor to camper ratios ensure that there will be trained counselors engaging your camper and offering them support and encouragement throughout the entire day. Day camp families provide their own transportation to and from camp everyday, and campers bring a packed lunch with them. Snacks, program supplies and equipment are provided. Please be sure to look at the details for each camp because times, ages, and days differ for each camp. Day campers may register for any number of sessions with a non-refundable deposit per week. 6
york county day camp ages 5-22 Our 6 week, York County day camp, specifically designed for those with disabilities, is set to be both fun and educational for all who participate! Each day of camp will operate from 8:30am 3:30pm at the Church of the Open Door. Campers will learn and participate within a setting that includes challenges, outdoor fun and building social relationships. Themed days/weeks include activities that will engage campers of all levels such as arts and crafts, group games, sensory activities, snack time, water play days, field trips and special guests. There will be up to 40 registrations accepted for each week of camp. With Easter Seals long history of quality programming, please be sure to register early to guarantee your spot. Campers will learn and participate within a setting that includes challenges, outdoor fun and building social relationships. Themed days/weeks include activities that will engage campers of all levels such as arts and crafts, group games, sensory activities, snack time, water play days and special guests. There will be 20 registrations accepted for each week. Please be sure to register early to guarantee your spot. Please note that campers are expected to be able to follow verbal cues and directions. Campers will participate in a setting that includes challenges, outdoor fun, and building social relationships. Themed days/weeks include activities that will engage campers of all levels such as arts and crafts, group games, sensory activities, snack time, water play, and special guests. Club lily adult respite weekend Ages 18-101 Join us for a Club Lily Retreat Weekend! It is a great way to take a break from your everyday activities and enjoy nature, games, friends and fun! Activities include arts and crafts, group games, archery, adventure activities, campfires and more! The first weekend will be held at Camp Victory. It is a fully accessible camp that offers us the opportunity to enjoy nature and exciting program that can accommodate everyone. The second weekend will be held at Camp Joy El, which a beautiful 19 acre camp with an indoor gym, game room, open fields and mini-golf. Our weekend retreat is for adults of all functioning levels. We staff the weekend at a 1:3, counselor to camper ratio. There will be a certified/licensed Health Staff at camp to assist with medication administration and basic health concerns. Project Beacon - Military respite weekend Ages 5-17 This weekend, subsidized by in part by Highmark and the PA National Guard, is specifically for the children (with and without special needs) of active military members and veterans. The camp is an opportunity for Easter Seals to serve our military families and it s a great chance for the kids to get away and enjoy some time at camp. We will be playing games, doing arts and crafts, trying out the climbing wall and zip line, eating s mores and so much more! Join us for one of these fun weekends!
