1. INTRODUCTION Ministry of Economy of the Central Bosnia Canton, along with the municipalities of Busovača, Fojnica, Kreševo and Vitez recognizes the importance of tourism in the overall economic development and changes imposed by modern tourist market, as well as the significant impact that tourism has on the population. In relation to this, consequently there is a need to thoroughly investigate the potential and define guidelines for further development of tourism in the territory of these municipalities and provide document as a basis on which should be based modern approach to tourism management at the destination level. Therefore, Tourism Master Plan for the area of Busovača, Fojnica, Kreševo and Vitez phase I (hereinafter referred to as Master Plan) represents a fundamental development document that provides guidance on the basis of existing tourism potential for planned and directed the development of tourism and provides the basis for further tourism development in future at the cantonal level. Busovača, Fojnica, Kreševo and Vitez municipalities have many potentials and resources for the development of tourism and various tourist offer with an emphasis on natural resources, traditional values and cultural - historical resources. 2. BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE MUNICIPALITIES Observed administration area, the municipality of Busovača, Fojnica, Kreševo and Vitez are in the Central Bosnia Canton (SBK / KSB), FBiH, in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 3. FEATURES OF TOURISM IN THE MUNICIPALITY of BUSOVAČA 3.1. Natural resources The most important natural resource of the municipality of Busovača has Busovačka mountain situated at 1,570 meters above sea level, and because of its isolated area and favourable climate was the most famous resort in the municipality. Busovačka mountain is famous for its endemic species of the plant alpine rose, and there is also a ski resort. Ski resort Busovačka mountain consists of two ski runs served by two ski lifts and the ski resort you can rent ski equipment and hire instructors ski school. Excursion Tisovac is located 5 km from the center of Busovača which provides the most convenient access to the massif of Vranica from the direction of Busovača. Currently, as part of the resorts are recreational facilities and summer houses, and there are plans to build accommodation and - catering facilities in order to complement the tourist offer on Tisovac. Excursion Zahor is one of the larger resorts in the area of which is of Kaćuni 3 km away Access dirt road from the place Kaćuni is enabled throughout the year, and the main feature of this excursion are sources of drinking water and preserved forest expanses. Ski center Pridolci is located on the slopes of the mountain Vranica, away from Busovača 15 km. Length of ski track is 800 meters, a baby lift 400 m and is ideal for beginners and amateurs. The trails served by two ski lifts, and as in the ski center Busovačka mountains, the construction of other facilities is planned in order to complement the tourist offer. Page 5

Cultural historical resources In the municipality of Busovača are the remains of cultural - historical monuments and ensembles from prehistoric times, Roman times, the Middle Ages, the period of Ottoman and Austro - Hungarian rule, and the monument of National liberation war (hereinafter referred to as NOR). 3.3. Accommodation facilities in the municipality of Busovača In the municipality of Busovača accommodation is offered in Tisa hotel located in the center of the board Tisa located in Kaonik. Tisa Hotel has 22 rooms and 2 suites apartments, with total capacity of 66 beds, a Panison Tisa has 10 beds available. In the village Kaonik, in addition to Pansion Tisa place called Kod Čake is offering accommodation. 3.4. Recommendations for the future development of tourism in the municipality of Busovača Following the analysis and assessed the state of tourism resources and facilities, as well as trends in the market of tourism, long-term development of specific forms of tourism in the municipality of Busovača could be based on: - preserved nature of Busovačke mountains and the existence of ski centers and resorts, - favourable geographic position, - culturally riches - historical monuments. 4. FEATURES OF TOURISM IN THE MUNICIPALITY of FOJNICA 4.1. Introduction Comparing this municipality with other municipalities that are the subject of this analysis of the Master Plan, we can say that tourism in Fojnica is developed. Thanks to the sources of healing waters, Fojnica is considered a leading tourist center when the medical tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina is concerned. When it comes to the development of adventure and cultural tourism, we can evaluate that Fojnica is at the beginning of the development of these specific forms of tourism. Currently, out of the natural resources in Fojnica it is largely exploited potential of Prokoško lakes which is visited every year by many tourists. Other natural resources are not sufficiently represented in the tourist offers and promotional materials in order to fully use their capacity for the further development of adventure tourism. Forest vastness of rich forest fruits and wild animals provide the basis for the development of eco and hunting tourism. Although the territory of Fojnica has 5 National Monuments, in promotional activities are most prominent Franciscan monastery and its Museum. Old Town Kozigrad, Musafirhana - Smajlagića house and Nakšibedijska Tekke, which is located in the place called Živčići, along with the cemeteries tombstones could be the carriers of further development of the cultural and religious tourism in Fojnica. Natural resources Natural resources of Fojnica municipality is made of mountain ring Šćita, Zahora, Bitovnja and Vranica, Prokoško lake, canyon Jezernice, waterfalls Kozice, and hot springs. Mountain shield Šćita, Zahora, Bitovnja and Vranica include roads and trails ideal for hiking and it is possible to visit nearby mountains Pogorelica, Lopata nd Zec. One of the most important natural resources of the municipality is Prokoško lake, located on the mountain Vranica (at 1,636 m above sea level). Prokoško lake is of glacial origin and it still kept triton (salamander), a very rare endemic animals, which normally lives only in the cleanest waters. Page 9

Fojnička thermal water is low mineral water, by radioactivity it has the radon and the temperature is hypothermal, and is suitable for human health. 4.3. Cultural - historical resources Picture 5: Waterfalls Kozice and Prokoško lake On the territory of Fojnica municipality there are the remains of cultural - historical monuments and ensembles from prehistoric times, Roman times, the Middle Ages and the period of Ottoman and Austro - Hungarian rule. 4.4. Other tourist services and facilities Sanatorium Reumal Fojnica is a modern equipped center for rehabilitation, recreation, active holidays and sports activities. Located on the northeast slopes of Mount Fojnica, and thanks to the sources of radioactive thermal water has been developed into a leading rehabilitation center in BiH. Reumal is leading in the areas of rehabilitation appliances, Cardiorehabilitation, child habilitation and rehabilitation, and rehabilitation of athletes and sports injuries. As part of the spas were built hotels Reumal, new hospitals and Natura, as well as an apartment complex Aquareumal with Aqua park. In addition to health resort in the area of Fojnica municipality is important to emphasize the RC "Brusnica" located within the SRC "Poljana" on the east side of the mountain Vranica, where there are 5 km of ski slopes. 5. FEATURES OF TOURISM IN THE MUNICIPALITY of KREŠEVO 5.1. Introduction Municipality Kreševo is surrounded by mountains Bitovnja with its north-eastern slopes of Inčom, Trepcom, Visočica and Lopata that represent a unique natural whole on the basis of which it is possible to develop the tourist offer in this area. Although there are noticeable efforts of local communities in tourism development in Kreševo through the development Master plan for tourism development in the area of Kreševo in the period 2014-2020 years and the establishment of the Tourist Information Center, Planning trails, setting up tourist signs, preparation and distribution of promotional materials can be assessed that the development of tourism in Kreševo in the initial phase. In the mountains there are well-maintained and marked hiking and biking trails, as well as numerous caves that are the beginning of the development of adventure tourism in Kreševo. On the territory of the municipality there are many shrines that are the basis for further development of religious tourism in the area. Also this area is rich in cultural - historical monuments, of which 8 on the list of national monuments in BiH, but the development of cultural tourism has not yet come to life in full force. Natural resources Municipality Kreševo is located at 640 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains and hills Lopata, Inač, Berberuša, Čubrilo, Trebac, Volujak and Meoršje. Mountain Bitovnja with its northeastern slopes of Inča, Trepcom, Visočica and Lopata is a unique natural complex where there are many arranged and marked hiking and biking trails. The whole area of the municipality belongs to the basin of the river Bosna, and through Kreševo flowing rivers Kreševčica that pens merger Vranačkog and Kojsinskog stream. The southern part of the municipality flowing Crna Rijeka, both rivers flow into the Lepenica. On the territory of the municipality there are a larger number of caves and caverns, some of which have not yet been explored. The most famous cave in Kreševo is Oberski cave, which is located 2 km from the village of Vranci, and next to it are known and caves Veliki and Mali Oklop. All Page 14

three caves have been declared natural monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to these natural resources, the natural resources of the municipality and make significant reserves of natural ores and minerals such as fluorite, quartz wire, crystalline quartz, abrasives, barite, technical and decorative stone. 5.3. Cultural - historical resources On the territory of the municipality Kreševo are the remains of cultural - historical monuments and complexes from Roman times, the Middle Ages, the period of Ottoman and Austro - Hungarian rule, historical rural units, monuments of NOB-a. In the area of Kreševo Municipality there are numerous monuments which by their specificity and recognition known as the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond. The following are just a few of the most important necropolis which are located in villages Deževice, Crkvenjak, Komari, Rakova Noga and others. Also known cultural - historical monuments of religious culture such as Hadžihasanovi mosques and Franciscan Monastery of St. Catherine. The village Vranci of historical rural a whole, which was included on the list of national monuments. 5.4. Other tourist services and facilities Shoeing eggs is the craft that is unique to the area of Kreševo. It is assumed that the need for shoeing eggs originated from a desire to prove skills in combination with the custom of decorating Easter eggs. In Kreševo and today there are artists who are engaged in this trade by creating a unique Kreševo souvenirs and thus ensure that the tradition does not die. Kreševo is also known for ta'te. Ta'te two iron plates that hang on chains or ropes and that during Ottoman rule, substitute the bell. Today in BiH ta'te only be found in the village of Cormorants at Kreševo, and what makes particularly interesting is that their sound is set in a harmonious humming. Page 16

FEATURES OF TOURISM IN THE MUNICIPALITY of VITEZ 6.1. Introduction Vitez is next to the municipality of Busovača most undeveloped municipalities when the development of tourism is concerned. Although there are several resorts, of which the most famous resort was Kruščica on the same mountain, but the infrastructure which was located in the area because of poor conditions and for safety reasons removed. Of natural resources is currently the most used river Lašva, which is in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina has become known for fly fishing course and set the basis for further development of adventure tourism in Vitez. The construction of ethnic villages Čardaci, which now increased the number of guests who are on average kept in Vitez 1.4 night, began the development of ecotourism in Vitez. Cultural tourism is not developed in Vitez, although in this area there are numerous remains of cultural - historical monuments and a whole from prehistoric times, Roman times, the Middle Ages, the period of Ottoman and Austro - Hungarian rule, historical rural units and monuments from NOR. Thanks to the existence of the business center PC 96 on the territory of Vitez municipality in recent years develops shopping tourism, which is visited by many people from other municipalities to buy quality and cheap items in one place. 6.2. Natural resources Vitez is located in the central part of the Lašva Valley, stretching from the slope of mountain Vlašić to Busovača municipalities. In the south of the municipality there is a mountain range Kruščica, at the foot of the same name resort. On the resort is currently built several marquee mostly local habitants. In addition to Kruščica resort, in the municipality of Vitez is also resort Zabrđe, which is situated in a altitude of 1030 m. On resort is mountain lodge that was built in the 60s and marked hiking trails it is possible to reach the tops of Krstac (1,590 m), Trilj (1298 m) and Poljana (1,290 m). On the slopes Kruščica mountains, in the village of Zaselje is resort Zaselje where there is a mountain lodge with 40 beds. Additionally home to resort there is a playroom for children, and fields for soccer and bowling court. The village Zaselje, besides the above flunk are the remains of the ancient Roman city seam. 6.3. Cultural - historical resources On the territory of Vitez Municipality are the remains of cultural - historical monuments and ensembles from prehistoric times, Roman times, the Middle Ages, the period of Ottoman and Austro - Hungarian rule, historical rural units and monuments from NOR. 6.4. Other tourist services and facilities Ethno village "Čardaci" is a tourist complex located 2 km from the municipality of Vitez, right near the M5 road Zenica - Travnik. A tourism village that occupies a superficial of 60.000 sq.m.located 15 ethno houses and motel Čardak which in its composition has a conference hall with 100 seats, a spa, restaurant "Kod Mlina" pub / Rakijarnica at the Crni Mač and water park "Ribica". Introduction According to the adopted spatial - planning documents all these sites are planned as a sport - recreational centers, with the content of the summer - winter (hotels, catering facilities, cottage villages, paths, sports activities, skiing and other facilities summer - winter).
