Article I Membership Section I Number of Members and Dues o Members and Dues will be determined by the amount of land the club has leased and the expenses. Section II Dues and Fees (July1st June 30 th ) o Dues are to be paid on or before May 15 th o All Members involved in the campground will pay a one-time non-refundable fee of 125.00 o Dues and fees will cover a Member and his family as long as they are a dependent Section III Refunds o Refunds are available provided it is requested within 30 days of payment. Article II Removal from Membership You will be removed without refund for: o Threatening or fighting with another Member o Failure to pay dues, expenses, or fines o Failure to follow rules o Failure to make work weekends o Any action that would disgrace the club. Article III - Campground Section I General Rules o Campground will be kept clean and in order at all times. o Absolutely no littering of any kind or size. o No horse playing on ATV s at the camp or on the lease. o No ATV s or bikes with loud exhaust allowed anywhere on the lease. o No loaded firearms allowed in the campground. o No hunting or discharging of firearms in the campground. (Only for problem animals) o You are responsible for any damage you do to or in the campground. o Drive SLOW when in the campground or pay a 25.00 fine. (2 fines and you re out!) Section II Outdoor Kitchen o Keep it clean and in order. o Clean and save dishes after each meal. o Each Member washes, dries, and saves, any dish, glass, cup or utensil that they used. o Place all leftovers in fridge in a container. o Throw any leftover rice from Saturday night. o If you did the cooking, then let the others do the cleaning. o You don t have to wait for everyone to finish eating to start putting the leftover food in containers and start cleaning the kitchen. o If you are the last one out of the kitchen at night, turn off the light and AC/Heater. o If any group plans to stay up late in order to play cards, etc., turn off all outside light by 10pm for those who want to go to bed early. o Keep screened porch neat and clean. o 150.00 Fine for Members that don t take a turn mopping the kitchen on Sunday. Section III Campers o Always keep area around campers neat. o Do not stack, store, or collect items around or under your camper. o No junky or rathole looking campers allowed. o Do not build or add to your camper. o Do not put a roof over your camper that looks bad. If you can t afford to put a nice looking roof over your camper, then don t. o If you put a roof over your camper that is not acceptable, you will have to remove it. o Empty all trash cans around your camper when you leave for home. o Bring all your trash home with you when you leave. o NO DOGS ALLOWED TO RUN LOOSE in the campground! All Dog crap to be picked up! o Barking or Problem dogs are not Allowed! o 50.00 fine per dog per day if running loose in the campground. o You will only pay the fine once, because your dog will no longer be allowed at the camp. (No pet allowed in the kitchen) Section IV Terminating Membership o Campground Your spot in the campground goes back to Cajun Pines, and not to anyone else. Before you sell your camper, Notify Jonathan. o Deer Stands If you don t take your deer stand with you, do with it as you wish, but the stand location goes back to Cajun Pines. Page 5

Section V Expenses Part A o Members involved in the campground will pay a monthly electric bill consisting of: A 1.00 Flatrate A nightly charge for each night they stay. A percentage of the electric bill (Misc) not covered by the nightly rates. Section VI Expenses Part B o Sign the Register. It is located in the Kitchen. Sign the register each night that you spend at the camp. If you spend the night and don t sign the register, you will be charged Double! Section VII Campers o Members NOT involved in the campground will pay 10.00 per night for a camper. o Members involved in the campground will pay 5.00 per night for a camper. o Guest will pay 15.00 per night for a camper. Article IV Hunting Rules All Members and Guest will adhere to the Louisiana Hunting Regulations when hunting at! Section I o Still hunting Only! o Squirrel hunting during deer season is fine, so long as you do not disturb deer hunters. o Wear Hunters Orange when deer hunting o No squirrel hunting near other Members stands without Members permission. Page 6

Article V Deer Stands Section I Allowable Stands o Each Member is allowed two stands Section II Deer Stand Regulations o All stands should be constructed of metal or treated wood for safety reasons o 100 yard minimum distance between stands. (Can vary between family Members) o All deer stand locations are to be marked on the map located in the kitchen. o Always circle your stand on the map when you are on it, and remove the circle from your stand when you are off. o Always have permission before hunting another Members stand. o All stands found to be unsafe will be removed. o Scouting or moving stands is to be done only between 10am and 2pm and check map to ensure that no one is hunting the area that you are move from or to. Article VI Deer Section I Bucks o One Buck per day per Membership o Three Bucks per year per Membership o Fill out deer form for each deer you take. (Forms are in the storage shed at the skinning rack) o Do not take Button Bucks! It carries a 50.00 fine and will count as your doe. Page 7

Section II - Doe o One doe per year per Membership. o No Member can give his Doe to another Member or guest to shoot. o Any illegal deer taken, whether it be a Guest or a Member, carries a 50.00 fine. o If a Member s Guest takes a Doe, that doe will count as that Member s Doe for the year and a 50.00 fine will be paid. o After cleaning your deer or other game, it s your responsibility to discard the guts and hides. Article VII Work Weekends Section I Schedule o We will try to have the work weekends in the Spring (After Hunting Season) and in the Fall (Before Hunting Season) Section II Attendance o You are required to attend two work weekends per year. o It s your responsibility to make up any work weekends that you miss. (Not doing so is a 75.00 fine) Article VIII Guest Section I Attendance o No Guest are allowed to hunt on Opening Weekends on property leased by Cajun Pines or owned by Jonathan. o No Guest allowed it not accompanied by a Member o If a Member has to leave early, take your Guest with you unless another Member accepts him as his Guest. o Guest are not allowed to shoot a Doe. o Guest are only allowed to take a legal Buck. Page 8

Section II Guest Fees o Guest will pay 25.00 per day to hunt. o A Guest that takes a Buck or a Turkey, will pay 75.00 for that day. (Additional 50.00 for the Buck or Turkey) o A guest that doesn t hunt, will pay 15.00 per day Section III Member s Responsibility for Guest o Accommodations to sleep. o Place or Stand to hunt. o Explain Rules and By-Laws. o Tend to Guest fees Article IX Trespassers Contact Oberlin s Sheriffs Office (337) 639 4353 Article X Camper Covers Section I Description o Tin for Camper covers will be R panel only. o Different color sheets of tin are not allowed. o No discolored sheets of tin allowed. o All covers will have sides. o All tin on sides will be screwed on vertically. o No horizontal tin on sides. o All post on covers will be treated wood or metal, and painted if pipe. o All post will be the same size. o All post will be cemented. o Corrugated tin will no longer be allowed.
