He advised that he was unhappy with the work and felt that the individual had stolen parts from his motor. Officers arrived and contacted the male, and determined that the subject was extremely HBD. It was learned that the male subject had also been contact twice earlier today by Auburn PD, during which time they documented that he was intoxicated. The male was told to return the following day to retrieve his vehicle form impound when he was sober. Officers initially offered to call the subject a Taxi to take him home, but he became belligerent and uncooperative, and was last seen walking toward the 76 Gas Station to use the ATM. 13-00510 CFS-Suspicious Circumstance Weapons Offense Incident Address: 260 Time Reported: 19:10:00 260 Lawson ST, Black Diamond, WA 98010 Lawson ST Time Occurred between: 19:10:00 06/07/13-19:23:00 06/07/13 On 06/08/13, Officers were dispatched to the 26000 block of Lawson ST in reference to a an illegal discharge of a weapon. Officers checked the area, to include east of the city limits, and no discharges were heard and no suspicious vehicles or person were located. 13-00511 CFS-Alarm Information ADT (800)874-0881 Incident Address: 325 McKay LN Time Reported: 19:34:00 Time Occurred between: 19:34:00 06/07/13-19:48:00 06/07/13 On 06-07-13, at approximately 1934 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 32500 McKay LN, reference an audible residential alarm. Officers were advised that the coverage was showing interior and that there was no answer to the subscribers by the alarm company. Officers have responded to this residence several times in the past month for the same type of alarm. There are also animals roaming the inside of the residence which could likely set off the interior motion of the alarm.

A male subject advised police that he had just recovered his stolen vehicle. Police investigated the vehicle and found that the vehicle was reported stolen but the man in possession of the vehicle was not the registered owner. The vehicle was taken into custody and towed by Royal Towing of Black Diamond. 13-00513 Theft Theft, Prop, Othr Incident Address: 290 Time Reported: 08:40:00 290 220th PL SE, Black Diamond, WA 98010 220th PL SE Time Occurred between: 11:00:00 06/07/13-19:00:00 06/07/13 On 06-08-13, at approximately 08:40 hours, Officers were contacted by a subject who wanted to report that someone stole some items from his garage on 06-07-13.
