1. Introduction NOTE Compatible browser access for this module is Internet Explorer 11 version and Chrome. This user manual lists the steps required to operate Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM) Flight Information Management (FIM) module in Airport Operations Centre System (AOCS). The ACDM FIM module provides the following functionalities: a. Effective Use of FIM: Searching Flights (New) b. Confirm TOBT (System) value (New) c. View Turnaround Flight (New) d. View Next x Hour by Scheduled Time (New) e. Show/Hide Columns Settings (New) f. Enter TOBT (User) value g. Update TOBT(User) value h. Clear TOBT (User) value i. Filtering Flights by Terminal 1.1 Set Compatibility View The following are the steps to set compatibility view in Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome. 1. Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner. 2. Figure 1 Set Compatibility Settings Click on Compatibility View settings option. 3. Figure 2 Navigate to Compatibility View Settings Ensure that changiairport.com is removed from the compatibility view. To remove, select changiairport.com and click on Remove button as shown below. 2. Login to AOCS The following are the steps to login to AOCS. 1. Launch Internet Explorer and enter URL: http://aoc.changiairport.com 2. AOCS screen will be shown in Figure 1. Figure 4 Login to AOCS 2. Enter Username and Password. 3. Click on Submit button to login to AOCS. 3. Navigate to A-CDM FIM module The following are the steps to access A-CDM FIM module. 1. Upon login, navigate to A-CDM and click on Flight Info Management on the menu to access to ACDM FIM module as shown in below. Figure 5 Navigate to ACDM Flight Info Management 2. The system will display the list of arrival and departure flights which you managed. For arrival flights, system will display past 6 hours to next 6 hours of Scheduled/Estimated In-Block Time. You can select to view the next x hours of scheduled time by selecting on Page 7 of 19

Hour Selector (Refer to Section 6 View Next x Schedule Hour ). For departure flights, system will display past 1 hour to next 6 hours of Scheduled/Estimated Off-Block Time. You can select to view the next x hours of scheduled time by selecting on Hour Selector (Refer to Section 6 View Next x Schedule Hour ). Figure 6 Display of Flights 4. Effective Use of FIM: Searching Flights (New) To efficiently manage TOBT entry for the flights you are assigned to, you can simply search for departure flights by entering Flight Number, or Aircraft Registration Number. You do not need to enter the exact/full flight number and aircraft registration number. The following are the steps required to search for flights. 1. To view the flights you are assigned to, you can simply search flights by entering Flight No or Reg No in the text field as shown below for arrival and departure flights respectively. Figure 7 Search Flight No or Reg No 2. Enter your search in the text field. The system will display the flight(s) that contains the search entered. Page 8 of 19

Figure 8 Enter Search 5. Confirm TOBT (System) Value (New) The following are the steps to confirm TOBT (System) value. NOTE In Departure flight section, TOBT (System) value is displayed based on a set of ACDM rules. TOBT (System) value will be highlighted if the difference of TOBT (System) value and TOBT (User) entered is equal or greater than 5 minutes till the condition is false. This is to aid the user to decide whether they would want to change TOBT (User) value. 1. System will display a checkbox against the TOBT (System) value whenever there is a difference between TOBT (User) and TOBT (System). Figure 9 Display checkbox against TOBT(System) 2. If you confirm that TOBT (System) displayed is acceptable, you can select on the checkbox to confirm system proposed timing as shown below. Page 9 of 19

Figure 10 Confirm TOBT(System) 4. Upon select on the checkbox, system will display the green indicator to imply that that system is committing the change for the flight record as shown below. Figure 11 System Committing Entry Once the system has committed the entry, the timing is reflected in TOBT (User) column as shown below. The checkbox is removed from TOBT (System) cell. Figure 12 Display TOBT(User) value 5. System will highlight TOBT (System) value in red if the difference of TOBT (System) value and TOBT (User) entered is equal or greater than 5 minutes. View Next x Hour by Scheduled Time (New) The following are the steps to view next x hour of Scheduled In-Block/Scheduled Off-Block (SIBT/SOBT) of arrival and departure flights. Page 10 of 19

1. Click on Hour Selector icon at the extreme right side for both arrival and departure respectively. 2. Upon click on hour selector icon, you can select one of the hour options of SIBT/SOBT (i.e. 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours and 24 hours) and click on OK to confirm. Figure 14 View Next x Hour by Scheduled Time 3. For arrival, system will display past 6 hours to next x hour you have selected. For departure, system will display past 1 hour to next y hour you have selected. 7. View Turnaround Flights (New) The following are the steps to view turnaround flights. NOTE System displays No Linked Flight Record when there is no corresponding flight linked to the selected flight. Possible reasons could be, 1) No Aircraft Registration Number provided for the flight 2) Corresponding flight is beyond the selected period of past hour (i.e. past 6 hours for arrival, and past 1 hour for departure) to next x hour. (Refer to Section 6 View Next x Schedule Hour) 1. Select on any arrival flight which has aircraft registration number. System displays the corresponding departure flight with the same aircraft registration number as shown below. Similarly, you may also select on departure flight which has aircraft registration number to view the corresponding arrival flight. Page 11 of 19

Figure 15 View Turnaround Flight 8. Show/Hide Columns Settings (New) The module allows you to show and hide columns for both arrival and departure flights respectively. The following are the steps required to show and hide columns. 1. You can select on icon at the top right side to show/hide column as shown below. Figure 16 Show/Hide Columns 2. Upon click on the icon, system will display a pop-up window which displays all columns that you have access to for both arrival and departure respectively. By default, all columns (which you have access to), will be selected and displayed. Page 12 of 19

Figure 19 Hide Column(s) To apply the column settings, click on OK button. To abort the action, click on Cancel button or X button on the top right corner. Figure 20 Show/Hide Columns 4. The system shall display the columns selected accordingly. 9. Enter TOBT (User) Value The following are the steps to enter TOBT (User) value (similar steps as Phase 1 TOBT). NOTE In Departure section, flight records highlighted in Yellow indicates that TOBT (User) value is not entered at [SOBT-40mins]. To enter TOBT (User) value, refer to step 1 to 6 below. 1. Click on TOBT (User) cell to enter TOBT as shown below. Page 14 of 19

Figure 21 Click on TOBT (User) Cell 2. Upon clicking, a timing text field will be displayed. By default, SOBT or EOBT value (whichever is later) will be displayed in the text field. Figure 22 Display Timing Text Field 3. Enter TOBT value in the timing text field. You do not need to click on respective time field or press tab to enter hour or minute separately. Click on OK or press on Enter button on the keyboard to confirm the action as shown below. Figure 23 Enter TOBT(User) value 4. Upon click on OK or press Enter button on the keyboard to confirm, system will display the green indicator to imply that that system is committing the change for the flight record. While the system is committing the change, you are still able to update TOBT (User) value. Page 15 of 19

TOBT (System) will be highlighted in red if the difference of TOBT (System) value and TOBT (User) entered is equal or greater than 5 minutes. You will decide if you need to change TOBT (User) value. Figure 26 TOBT(System) Highlighted 6. Flight records highlighted in Yellow indicates that TOBT (User) value is not entered at [SOBT-40mins]. To enter TOBT (User) value, refer to above step 1 to 6. 10. Update TOBT (User) Value The following are the steps to update TOBT (User) value (similar steps as Phase 1 TOBT). 1. Click on the TOBT (User) cell that displays the TOBT timing entered previously. Figure 29 TOBT (User) value entered previously 2. Upon clicking, a timing text field will be displayed. The system will show the timing that was entered previously. Figure 30 Update TOBT (User) value 3. To update the TOBT value, refer to Section 9 - Enter TOBT (User) value from 1 to 6. 11. Clear TOBT (User) Value The following are the steps to clear TOBT (User) value (similar steps as Phase 1 TOBT). 1. Click on the TOBT (User) cell that displays the TOBT timing entered previously. Figure 31 TOBT (User) value displayed 2. Upon clicking, a timing text field will be displayed. The system will show the timing that was entered previously. Page 17 of 19

Upon clicking on Clear button, the TOBT (User) value will be displayed as as shown below. Figure 34 TOBT(User) value cleared 12. Filtering Flights The module allows you to perform global filter flights by specific terminal(s). The following are the steps to filter flights by terminal. It works the same way as Phase 1 TOBT. 1. You can filter flights by terminal by clicking on the one or more checkboxes. By default, all flights from all terminals will be displayed as shown below. Figure 35 Filter flights by Terminal 2. The following are the steps to filter flights by one terminal only, Unselect the All checkbox. Click on T1 or T2 or T3. The system will display both Page 18 of 19
