Access Statement for Bath Festivals Ltd Bath Festivals produces the Bath International Music Festival, Bath Literature Festival and Bath Festival of Children s Literature. We warmly welcome visitors with disabilities to Bath Festivals events. This statement is designed to assist customers who may have special access needs plan their visit. In person at Bath Box Office (address above). There is level access into the Box Office via the side entrance (left, near the Abbey) of the building. Please advise the box office of your requirements when making a booking. For disabled people who need to bring a personal assistant we offer one free ticket per event. Visiting a Festival Our Front of House team is staffed by volunteers who have received customer service training and are knowledgeable about our event venues. If you require a British Sign Language interpreter at an event please enquire at Bath Box Office and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

This information is based on details given to Bath Festivals by the venue owner in good faith. All Festival events take place in properties hired by Bath Festivals. Lifts: Lift from ground floor to first floor for events in the Banqueting Room and Kaposvar Room. Induction Loop: The Banqueting Room has an induction loop system fitted which is used for spoken word events. Refreshments: There are occasionally refreshment facilities available at events in the Guildhall. Please ask the Box Office at time of booking, as opening times and location of refreshment facilities varies.
