How We Do It We obsess over the quality of our products. Each piece we make meets rigorous design standards, providing users with products that are elegant, timeless, and deceptively simple. We work with factories that improve the well-being of workers. Our designs seek to minimize waste and increase yields of materials. For example, our Luzon product line uses quality remnant fabric that otherwise would have been discarded. Our products are innovative and fun always providing a bit of the unexpected. The new Kusa jacket, for example, uses llama fiber insulation that offers a wider comfort range than down or synthetic layers. It is also completely reversible and packs into its internal cell phone pocket. Our Guarantee We back all our products with a Human Lifespan Guarantee. Each product is guaranteed to last 61 years, the average lifespan of a person living in the developing world. If your product does not meet your expectations in any way, we ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means returning the item for repair, replacing or exchanging it, or refunding your purchase.
