DATES: July 26-29, 2016 LOCATION: University of San Diego 5998 Alcala Park San Diego, CA 92110 ARRIVAL: Check-In is at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 26 th. Campers flying into San Diego Airport should arrange Flight to arrive no later than 10:00 AM in order to get to USD before 1:00 PM. Camp 12 activities will begin at 1:00 PM. DEPARTURE: Campers need to be out of their rooms and packed by 9:00 AM Friday, July 29th. Luggage storage is available. Campers flying out of San Diego Airport should arrange flight departure after 5:00 PM. Camp 12 activities will end at 2:00 PM. LODGING: Mission B Complex Single or Double Occupancy Bedding Provided Internet Access: TBD. About $5-$7 per day Lost Key: $40 Roommate requests have been accommodated as much as possible. Campers will be paired with others in the same grade/age or experience group. Suggested spending money: $60 Security and Medical: USD has Security personnel on staff 24/7 who are eligible and trained to contact Emergency Responders if necessary. Camp 12 will provide a Certified Trainer onsite during field activities. ATHLETIC FACILITY: Valley Field DINING: Student Life Pavilion Campers will receive a Meal card with full access to the Cafeteria. Value of the card is $25.00 per day, tax included. Day Campers will receive Lunch and Dinner each day that it is offered. Campers can also purchase food from the Dining Facility with Cash or Credit Card.

The coaching staff will reside in the dormitories with the campers and participate in evening activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from Camp 12 without a refund.
REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made prior to July 1, for any reason, will be given a refund less deposit ($250). No Refunds on cancellation made after July 1, accept for medical reasons, accompanied by a Physicians note, will be given a refund less deposit ($250).
