Thames Suite

The Thames Suite is the largest and lightest meeting room. A private entrance and car parking make it suitable for conferences, cocktail receptions and private parties. Floortoceiling windows look out to a private terrace and landscaped gardens. The adjacent Eton Lounge is excellent for drinks and break out sessions, with its own bar and seating area. Recently refurbished with large in ceiling screens, full HD projectors and wireless presenting technology., the suite seats up to 180 theatrestyle or 200 for a reception. For smaller events it can be partitioned into four rooms, using soundproof dividers. Buckingham Suite

Contemporary and lightfilled with an atrium roof, the Buckingham Suite is perfect for meetings, receptions and dinner dances for up to 90 guests. The suite can be divided into four separate, soundproof boardrooms seating up to a maximum of people. Every room has a builtin 65 Ultra HD TV screen and can be used as a syndicate space for the adjacent Thames Suite. The Bulstrode Suite s stunning decor lends a bright and modern atmosphere to meetings and events. The suite can seat up to 90 theatrestyle or 72 dinnerdance. Large windows overlook the hotel s landscaped gardens, flooding the room with natural daylight. In the evening, the lighting levels can be adjusted to set the mood. The suite has its own function bar, cleverly hidden behind bookshelves when not in use. The Chalfont Suite is a popular venue for private meetings and parties seating up to 1 guests. With natural daylight the suite is perfect for both daytime and evening events. For more intimate meetings and private celebrations, the suite can be divided into three rooms using soundproof partitions. The Garden is a contemporary extension of Beeches Restaurant. This lightfilled room has large French windows that overlook the hotel s landscaped gardens and lead onto a private terrace and charcoal barbecue area. The hotel gardens offer the perfect backdrop for training days, teambuilding activities and fun events for groups. Make your corporate event memorable with giant Jenga and Connect Four or even a game of croquet on the lawn. The Bull s 4star rooms and suites are ideal for today s traveller. Choose from six room categories: Suite, Grand, Club, Executive, Superior and Traditional rooms. All rooms feature modern amenities, free WiFi, flatscreen TVs with UK and international channels, and tea and coffee making facilities. hour room service and full English buffet breakfast are also available.
