MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS GENERAL Crowne Privilege Club is a Program that oﬀers dining, accommoda on and other privileges at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla. The Membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the membership. The Membership Card and the Cer ﬁcates have no cash value and cannot be traded. Membership is non transferable and the member must be 18 years of age or above to join the program. However the cer ﬁcates are transferable. Membership fees is non refundable a er the acceptance of the membership. Membership beneﬁts cannot be used in conjunc on with any other discounted oﬀer. Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of beneﬁts, rules, terms and condi ons or the dura on of the program, with or without prior no ce. All decisions in this regard will be ﬁnal and binding on the member of the program. Fraud or abuse concerning the program/membership is subject to appropriate administra ve and/or legal ac on, including termina on of the membership. GIFT CERTIFICATES All cer ﬁcates enclosed are valid for one me use only, must be surrendered at the me of arrival, have to be u lised fully and cannot be used in conjunc on, cannot be traded or exchanged for cash or any other services. The Beneﬁts as given in the gi cer ﬁcates are accompanied by the terms and condi on given on the face and on the reverse side of the cer ﬁcates. The cer ﬁcates are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated. Cer ﬁcates used for reserva ons which are not amended or cancelled even if not used, cannot be used again and will result in the cancella on of the cer ﬁcate.
