The Dallas Cowboys are excited to have you as a part of our team this season as we take to the road. In these pages we hope you will find everything you need to know about joining us on your 2018 Dallas Cowboys Away Game Trip. REGISTRATION / SECURITY REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES Your Dallas Cowboys contact will share a registration link for your selected Away Game trip. Please complete all fields to ensure we have all necessary information for security clearance and hotel check-in. Please note the Department of Homeland Security requires us to provide the requested information for all members of our traveling party. Please be sure to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID (including middle name). Upon arriving at the charter departure site, you will go through a security screening process. TSA Pre-Screen is not honored. All guests must adhere to security screening. Bags will be searched by a TSA official prior to boarding the plane. Please be sure to have a photo ID with you for security. DEPARTURE You will be traveling on American Airlines Dallas Cowboys team charter. Exact departure and arrival times will be finalized and communicated late in the week of the trip. A final itinerary will be provided via email at that time. To aid in your planning, the team charter typically departs around 1 p.m. on Saturday (Wednesday for a Thursday night game and Sunday for a Monday night game) and departs for return to DFW two hours after the game on Sunday night (arriving at DFW at approximately 9 p.m. for games that kick off at noon CST and midnight for games that kick off at 3 p.m. CST. Sunday and Monday night games vary). Our charter departs from the American Airlines maintenance hangar on the west side of Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport (map and directions included at the end of this packet). TRIP ETIQUETTE & ATTIRE We kindly remind you that this is a business trip for the players and coaches. Players and staff have a designated dress code for all road trips. Guest dress code for the team charter is similar. For outbound flight from DFW, attire is business. Guests are encouraged to wear slacks and dress shoes. For inbound fight to DFW, attire is business casual. Photos, videos, social media and autographs are prohibited on the flight. Please refrain. LUGGAGE Given the brief nature of our trip, we ask that you pack lightly. Because of the large amount of football and electronic equipment we take on the road each week, please pack your belongings in a carry-on that can fit in the overhead compartment. This will make your transfer to the bus and to your vehicle upon return much quicker and easier. MEALS Lunch and a postgame dinner will be provided on the charter. All other meals during the trip will be your responsibility; however, we will gladly provide recommendations.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS The Dallas Cowboys will make all guest hotel reservations and will cover room expense (cost of the room and tax). Any additional charges to the room and incidentals will be at your expense. Upon arrival at the hotel, please see the front desk to provide a credit card for such charges. A Dallas Cowboys staff member will provide hotel room keys upon arrival. The team buses typically depart the hotel 3 hours before kickoff; exact timing will be provided in your final itinerary. After hotel check-out, please bring all your belongings with you to the team buses. We will depart to the airport immediately following the game. Your luggage will be safely stored on the team bus during the game. Upon stadium arrival, you will be escorted directly onto the field for pre-game warm-ups. Shortly before kickoff, you will move to your designated seats to enjoy the game. Your game tickets and pre-game sideline passes will be given to you on game day by a Dallas Cowboys representative. Please note the NFL bag policy is in place at all NFL venues. Information on the bag policy can be found at nfl.com/allclear and on the flyer included at the end of this packet. Following the game, please meet your Dallas Cowboys representative to be escorted to the team buses. Please note, you will go through TSA screening at the stadium prior to loading the bus. You will be asked to present your government-issued photo ID at this time.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO AMERICAN AIRLINES HANGAR Our charter departs from the American Airlines maintenance hangar on the west side of Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport. Please note there is major construction surrounding DFW Airport, please plan accordingly. You are welcome to park and leave your vehicle at the charter site. There is a fenced area where your vehicle will be safe to leave as there is airport security on-site.
