Street East and Air Force Plant, required in connection with the ''Palmdale International Airport,'' also known as the "Palmdale Regional Airport," land acquisition project. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGEL~S? DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Council of the City of Los Angeles resolves, finds and determines that the public interest, convenience and necessity require the Palmdale International Airport, also known as the Palmdale Regional Airport, project, and the acquisition of property therefor, in fee simple; the project is planned and located in the manner which is most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and the parcels of real property described herein are necessary for the project. The parcels of real property described herein are necessary for the project; the parcels of real property have been appraised and an amount has been established it is believed to be just compensation for each parcel of real property, and an offer has been made to the owner or owners of record to acquire each parcel of real property for the full amount of said just compensation. --
