Your employer s participation in the FrontPath Health Coalition Provider Network (FrontPath) enables you to take advantage of FrontPath s contractual arrangements when you utilize the FrontPath providers who are listed in this Directory. By obtaining medical services from a FrontPath provider, you gain several advantages. For example: FrontPath Providers have agreed not to balance bill employees or their dependents for amounts exceeding their plan s deductible or co-pay requirements. When using a FrontPath provider, you need no longer be concerned with charges which might exceed your plan s reasonable and customary fee limits. FrontPath Providers will file your claim forms. You no longer have to worry about filing claim forms if you use a FrontPath Network Provider. Your out of pocket expenses will typically be lower if you obtain treatment from a FrontPath Network Provider, due to FrontPath s negotiated fee arrangements.
