The minutes for the Jan. 15, 2009, meeting were corrected and approved. (Correction in II to read November and December, not October.) II. The Financial Report for January 2009 was accepted. Discussion: Outstanding dues for Dillenbeck, Galat, Hoekstra, Koeze, Luckey, Misovich, Russell, Stam and Vos. (Haveman and Spelde have yet to resign, but have not paid dues). It was recommended that the next invoices be e-mailed to save postage fees. Past due invoices are ready to be hand delivered or mailed today. III. Doug Fauble will attend PETS.
