Doolittle, Government Affairs Consulting Service and Former U.S. House Representative There s no question, this is one of the most unusual presidential administrations in U.S. history. Former U.S. House Representative, John T. Doolittle, will join us and provide insight on the administration's first five months and what he thinks lies ahead, especially as it relates to manufacturing. Doolittle served as a Representative from California from 1991-2009 and while in the House, he served on the Appropriations, Transportation and Infrastructure, Resources, Agriculture and House Administration Committees.
