Calendar Information Hello Extreme Summer Camp Families, We are so excited to have your child(ren) with us this summer. We have a fun and busy summer scheduled for your child and we know this will be their best summer ever! Attached you will find your child s class calendar. This calendar is pretty well set, however we may need to make a few adjustments before summer camp starts. At the beginning of summer we will hand out updated calendars if anything has been changed. Symbols on Calendar: ^: On Campus Activities Great days to schedule appointments for your child. *: All day field trip Your child WILL NOT return to Rhema until the end of the day. #: Early Drop Off Your child MUST be at Rhema before 9am As a reminder: Each day the calendar says what time your child needs to be at Rhema by and when your child will be back from their field trip. (We have highlighted each day on the calendar that your child needs to be at Rhema before 9am.) In order to keep all of our Extreme Summer Camp Kids safe and accounted for, each child MUST arrive by the designated time daily. This will allow all children to have time to prepare for the field trip and for our teachers to have an accurate count of kids before they leave on a field trip. If your child arrives after the designated time, they will not be able to stay at Rhema and you will need to find an alternative for child care for that day. Movies: At this time our movies have not been set, as Broken Arrow Cinemark does not come out with their summer movie club until April. Once they release their summer movie list, we will determine which movies we will see. If there is a movie we do not think the kids will like, we will watch a movie on campus. On the first day of camp, we will have a separate movie schedule for you. Please keep this calendar handy, as you will need it daily when summer arrives.
