If you are late, we will unfortunately not be able to prolong the service. CANCELING SERVICES needs to be cancelled at least 12 hours before the beginning. If a booked service is not cancelled, we will be forced to charge its full price. PAYMENT Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card. We kindly ask the guests who are not staying in the hotel to pay for the service before it starts being performed.
