Students will: Be introduced to the Royal Courts of Justice and what happens here Prepare for and debate a point of law in the context of a real case which has been heard at the Royal Courts of Justice The point of law to be debated can either link to: Joint Enterprise or an intellectual property right dispute Explore roles in a court room and meet a legal professional (where possible) Discover key spaces in the Royal Courts of Justice Hotels BIICL suggests the following accommodation for attendees (students need to book these via booking.com or their website):
