The SPRAT Safe Practices and Certification Requirements documents are what the written test at the end of the course are based upon. There is an AxcessRescue sign out front of the building on Ballou Blvd. Course start time: 7:30 am Fresh ground brewed coffee is provided. Local lunch establishments are minutes from the facility. A refrigerator is available for student use. All equipment is provided. Students need only bring suitable footwear. Safety toe footwear is not required. If student has suitable climbing helmet with chinstrap, they may utilize it during training. Snug fitting gloves are recommended but not required. All AxcessRescue courses require payment prior to start of course. Accommodations: Both the Motel 6 and America s Best Value Inn are within 1 mile of the training center. We recommend the Motel 6 as a first choice in economical lodging as there are lots of rooms and it is very close to a supermarket, and the training center. You are responsible for booking your own lodging. The Hampton Inn is located one exit from the training center and provides an upgraded stay.
