Thursday, 26 th January 2012. University of Novi Sad Faculty of Technology 1. Presentation of the courses exact timetable The courses should start in the middle of March and will be finished by the end of May. 2. Presentation of the results of written material evaluation by the EU expert Gyula Vatai The results of written material evaluation was presented by Gyula Vatai. The evaluation will be sent to Geert De Lepeeler and. 3. Feedback from the trainees Definition of the way of evaluation the courses teaching materials, teaching methods and teachers by the trainees. The proposed evaluation questionnaire will be sent to all participants. Conclusions Presentations All presented PowerPoint presentations will be inserted into the project website. Written materials Written materials will be put together and will be sent to all participants. Each partner should make necessary corrections and adjust the written material according to decisions within next 4 weeks. Corrected material will afterwards be sent to and Gyula Vatai. After final revision, the material will be sent to Novi Sad to designer, so that design for the books can be done. Figures The number of figures, whenever possible, should be reduced or should be our own figures. For all other figures, permission should be obtained from copyrights owner/owners. References All references should be done according to the decision made in Tuzla. Articles downloaded from web sites should be referenced together with web site and authors of the text if possible. Chapters Chapters and subchapters should be done according to decision from Tuzla. Holding the courses The courses should start in the middle of March 2012. Printable version of the material (spiral bund) will be prepared by the end of March, together with CDs. The recommendation from TEMPUS office Serbia will be kept. All four courses should be held in each WB partner country. Evaluation After the courses are conducted, the evaluation will be done. End of the Workshop Lunch
