Booking & Payment Conditions Information These tours are available all year round. Departures are from Sihlquai coach parking near Zürich main train station. The clients should be present 15min before departure. Bookings Please send your booking request to info@ktsswiss.ch. All packages can be booked free sale up to 8 days prior arrival, thereafter upon request. Confirmed bookings can only be cancelled as per below cancellation conditions. Commission KTS Switzerland pays 10% commission on the gross amounts stated in the attached FIT offers. The commission will be deducted and net amount invoiced Payment The full amount of the tour must be received prior to the first departure day of the tour. If the payment is not being received 2 working days prior to the start of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel the services. For bookings made within 14 days before departure, full credit card payment will be required. Cancellation cost 7 days before tour departure : Free of charge 7 1 days before tour departure 50 % of the total confirmed price Within 24hrs before tour departure 100% of the total confirmed tour price Amendment fee 30 CHF per file if travel date, are required. 6
