INTRODUCTION 1.1 The MIDANPIRG/14 reviewed the progress made towards the implementation of the different phases and steps of the ICAO Roadmap for the transition from AIS to AIM in the MID Region. 2. DISCUSSION 2.1 The meeting may wish to recall that main steps of the phase 1-Consolidation of the ICAO Roadmap for the transition from AIS to AIM are AIRAC Adherence Monitoring (P-03), WGS- 84 Implementation (P-05) and Quality (P-17). These steps have also been agreed in the ICAO HQ level for the Global Air Navigation Report for the year 2014. 2.2 It is also to be noted that, MIDANPIRG/14 endorsed the ASBU Block 0 modules prioritization table as the MID Region Air Navigation Priorities. The meeting may wish to recall that the elements of the module B0-DATM (Service Improvement through Digital Aeronautical Information Management) are AIXM, eaip, QMS, WGS-84, etod and plan for the implementation of Digital NOTAM. 2.3 Based on the above, the status of AIM implementation in the MID Region is at Appendix A to this working Paper.
