PROJECT SUPERVISOR FIELD CONTROL MERCHANDISING MANAGER (project supervisor) Controls the work of internal supervisor as well as merchandiser's. Keeps daily watch over their work, suggests, oversees and relays the information two-way (client-merchandiser) Creates daily reports as well as monthly and quarterly evaluations to the client Communicates daily with the client, sales representatives, controller, merchandisers. INTERNAL SUPERVISOR (controller) Shows up unannounced at sales objects visited by merchandisers Controls the uphold of the standards, SKU number, shelf placement, POS material display, FIFO shelf and stock standards, sales object hygiene, stock, requisitioned goods. Photographs and creates reports on his i.e. merchandiser's work.
