GC#397/06/10/2014 Moved by Robert Johnson and seconded by Melba Thomas that the Six Nations Elected Council provide a letter of support for the Mohawk Village Park Project stating that the land is insured, including third party liability, give approval to use the community owned land and provide proof that the land is community owned and that SECOND READING be WAIVED. Dave is requesting that Six Nations Council sign a MOU with Kahnawake for information sharing regarding Gaming operations. Council requests that this time be deferred until a draft MOU is presented.
