For un-voted inside millage for all 88 counties, see County Data Exchange Bulletin 2014-1. *Denotes multi-county levy ** Hamilton County levies an additional.03 mills of inside millage for Hamilton County Parks. The board of trustees of a community college (R.C. 3354.12), the board of directors of a port authority (R.C. 4582.14) and the board of directors of a park district (O.R. 1545.21) are all defined as independent taxing authorities under state law. Thus, this bulletin does not list community college levies, port authority levies and metropolitan park district levies, but a number of park district levies are included where the status of the taxing authority is unclear.
