They come with wheels and draw bar for moving and relocating the unit on site. The units can either be blocked up like a caravan or installed on house piles on site. Internal walls are 36mm Metra Panel and external walls are 18mm Metra Panel on 45mm timber frame. Ceilings are 18mm Metra Panel under wooden trusses. Minimum ceiling height is 2.3m for flat ceilings. Walls, ceilings and under floors insulated to meet Building Code requirements. Roofing Trim Rib760 coloursteel roofing, standard colour range. Palliside PVC weatherboard cladding, 25 years manufacturer s guarantee. Alternative: Alpine cladding Aluminium joinery, single or double glazed, standard colour range. All exterior areas under eaves can be lined and painted. Exhaust fans fitted to bathrooms. Wooden base boards or trellis around units. Timber clad decks and steps.
